I arrived after hours, my flight was delayed. I had to call down an attendant to check me in... I had to call her twice after waiting 20 minutes. The entire lobby smelled of Marijuana. There is not standard lobby, without a key card, you cannot just walk in, so if you need to order food, you must go open. Attendant had a Terrible attitude. The room was another thing. TV did not work, no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, bathroom door had a hole as if someone punched it?

I would stay here again just for Ike. That is an employee who is fantastic at his job.

Location Hotel manager was unprofessional, calling customer crack-heads, crackers , racist, calling late at night (after ten) , very rude, also I was there 3 months, just left today , took them almost 3 months to fix tv, didn’t start working till last week!

If you prefer a cleaner establishment with nice staff, this is not the place. And bring your bug spray with you if you plan to have a peaceful rest.

The frond desk was very helpful and accommodating with our check-in. The price was great.

I was there 45 minutes after the official check-in hours closed and I waited nearly 5 minutes for somebody to answer the phone and let me in The vinyl floors were dirty and the shower head hadn’t been cleaned probably since it was installed and the air vents were disgusting because they were packed with dust. The bed was uncomfortable and some of the lights in the room didn’t work either. The property overall had an odd smell about it as well, not like cigarette smoke, just stale. Pictures from the website and the Internet are extremely deceiving!

The staff aren't on one accord, depending on the day and person you will get different answers about laundry services, cleaning the rooms, extending your stay etc...the room had an ant infestation. They literally drop from the ceiling onto you, they get in your food, crawl on you while you're trying to relax. The staff was told, but the issue was never addressed. The bed, terrible, my back and hips still hurt, I would have been better off sleeping on the floor, if it wasn't for the ants. If possible stay somewhere else.

The first room we had was dirty and we got a call from the front desk to see if we liked our room i told her it smells like stale ciagrettes and she offered us a new room immediately on the next floor up that was much brighter and better and clean. We appreciate the effort from staff! Probably would not stay here again though.
