The staff was friendly. The room I was in was completely clean from last guest. The vent in the bathroom did not work. The hotel is near restaurants and stores

The hotel is centrally located in Aiken just off Whiskey road. The hotel is simple, but clean. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The entire property was clean and the suite was spacious for husband and services dogs.

The closet. Didn't like the organization. For longer clothing items, your clothing didn’t hang freely.

The hotel was clean. There was no one at the front desk. The sign said to use the phone to call front desk. It took me a minute to find the phone. It was not near the front desk. The tv in my room did not work. The front desk person did offer to change my room to a room with a working tv.
