The room was a bit dated but everything was clean and in working condition. The desk staff was super helpful.

This place is no hilton. It's more like a super8. Not clean, not well equipt, not well maintained. It's bad. Staff is rude and put out by doing their jobs. It's horrible. Stay elsewhere, anywhere else.

The staff at the property were polite & greeted us every time we arrived to the property. Breakfast was not the best I’ve eaten at a Hilton hotel. There were many selections available for full breakfast, Most items were overcooked. The room & linen was clean, the carpets throughout the property were badly stained. Hallway carpet on the 6th floor was lifted and very dirty.

The only trouble is the 518 room we had smells like old mildew like the floors need a good disinfecting. Not so cozy when it’s stinky.

Gentleman that helped me checking in at night (he was tall, had an hat and suit on) was a great staff.

Hotel is not kept up as well as a normal Hilton hotel. Ceilings were damaged in our rooms and the hallways, the carpet in the hallways was bunched up and tearing up.

The room and bathroom were both cleaned, however the tub needs to be switched out. The drainage was hole had rust on it.

It was clean enough. Definitely needs some renovations to the actual foundation and paint and not just furniture. The staff was so so except the bar and breakfast staff, they were a delight. Would I stay here again? If I needed to, would I recommend this to anyone? Nah. The breakfast situation was a whole ordeal. I paid an extra $2 to receive free breakfast for my entire room but only 2 of is were added. They wanted $13 for breakfast or $9 for continental. That's just too much. Just add it to the fees for a set price. Imo

Immediately walked out of the first room I had been assigned it smelled absolutely horrible like rot or something. The second room I got was decently clean and didn’t smell like the first. The property overall had a mildew smell and the hallway carpets were filthy. The pictures make it look very modern but in reality everything was very dated.

The front desk was wonderful and there was any unpleasant to complain about.

Not a good experience overall. I stayed there for three nights. After the second night, I requested housekeeping for my room early in the morning, but the room still had not been serviced when I returned in the evening. I called the front desk to ask what happened, and they said they would arrange a new room for me, but I never received any follow-up afterward.

Everything was clean and no smells or anything bad. My only complaint (minor) was that the rooms were a little old. Not a big deal, really, but they're noticeably dated and in need of a refresh.
