Super clean friendly staff.

Excellent breakfast …serve yourself, but with dishes and silverware instead of the usual paper/plastic

Was a good stay. Really enjoyed the 12pm check out.

Had a disability access room and it did not disappoint. More that enough room for wheelchair, especially in the bath where there are normally problems. Access to bath controls and bench were excellent, more than enough room to maneuver in the entry and bedroom area. Easy to reach lights and controls. The coffee maker was a little high, but the tray made it easy to move to a counter top close by. Great location to restaurants. Hotel is new, which is nice. Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were too fake and salty. The meats and yogurt were unappealing. The biscuits were wonderful, as were the juices. There was significant noise from the interstate. Could hear TV next door for about an hour, and when the guest above checked in, it was awfully loud. However, by 10:30pm everyone calmed down.

Location right off I 40 and close to restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable (once you were able to climb up into it)! The bed was very high and difficult to get into. Would have preferred a step in shower rather than a tub.

There was some hairs in the bathroom but overall clean. Very comfortable beds. We stayed on the 1st floor which was a bit noisy so fyi. Otherwise a great stay.

Beds way too tall. Had elderly Mother that had real hard time getting in the bed. Supplies in bathroom need to be checked.

Everything was very nice, you can tell this is new construction. The bar was not open for business/approved yet.

Brand new everything super clean and neat Having a guest laundry room is the best addition it was extremely helpful after 4 days on the road.

This property has been opened recently. It’s very nice. It had a 12:00 check out time, which I really appreciated. It was in a safe area with easy access to I-40, downtown, Tri-State fairgrounds, the airport, or anywhere (helps that Amarillo is small). You need your room key to access the elevator from the ground floor, so the additional security was nice. In the lobby, they had cookies available in the afternoon along with a coffee and hot chocolate station.

Room was clean, property is great! Staff were amazing!

We returned at 2:56 PM to check in and were again told that check-in was at 3:00 PM and the rooms still needed to be cleaned. After speaking with someone in the back, the attendant eventually provided us with a room key around 3:05 PM. While the check-in experience was disappointing, everyone else we encountered during our stay was wonderful. The front desk staff on Saturday and Sunday were especially friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. I wish I had gotten their names so I could recognize them personally.

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff was genuinely kind & helpful. The rooms & bathroom were clean, as well as the hallways. We could not hear the people in the rooms around us either! That was a huge plus! I liked that you had to have a key card to use the elevator. It felt very safe. Thank you!!

New hotel, very clean and beds were comfortable. The room assigned to me was very small considering the size of my family. We are two adults and two children.
