The front desk was amazing at check in time!

Very basic hotel room, but it’s all I needed for 1 night. Spacious, clean and a fairly comfortable mattress. I would stay again!

Had very little equipment and it was in terrible disrepair. The TV in the fitness room was not working- not connected to any source. Place just overall seems neglected. Poor value for cost. I will not stay in a Spark property again.

The staff was very nice but a little slow. The room was clean but the toilet rolls were almost all used. Did have to go to front desk for more. Super nice front desk clek gave me direction to my next destination.

The room and air and everything was great, a lot of flies by the food, the breakfast was not that great The hot tub worked perfectly nice and hot but it was small The pool was freezing cold.

The hotel was fine. The breakfast left a little to be desired. Not much besides mini muffins, coffee and bagels. A few bananas and apples.

That said, there were some positives. The air conditioner worked very well, the TV functioned perfectly, and the bed was fairly comfortable. Overall, the hotel met the basic necessities, but some updates and improved maintenance would go a long way toward creating a better guest experience.

When I turned the TV, I saw a "Welcome Nancy" that made us feel special. Right after we got a text to let them know how was the room. Next day, the same, just to find out if everything was going well. Also Dylan was super friendly, he printed our Palo Duro entrance with a very sweet smile and was very professional during our checkout. Definitely, I'll keep Spark Hotels on our mind. Hopefully, all of them have the same service!

Thin walls. Rowdy guests slamming doors and partying in the pool until 1am. Our room had exposed outlets and a toilet that rocked back and forth when you sat down. The room was good sized and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't get breakfast as there was not a seat open. Husband noted that the gym had a couple of machines that were not working. We will skip this one next time.

We live the stay at Spark by Hilton. It looks like they just had a renovation that everything looked fresh and new. Our room was very roomy with a sofa. My husband loved this place. Breakfast was just a OK, that they just had boiled eggs for protein.

Surprisingly great hotel for the price. Valerie was very friendly at the front desk. We had a very large, clean room, the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was not amazing but it was good. The location was quiet and convenient, just off the interstate, a good stop for traveling.

The only problem is that we stayed 1 night! Everything was amazing. Valerie was super friendly and helpful, she made the process very smooth. The room was extremely spacious, more than the average hotel room. We would definitely come back!
