Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel

I understand they don’t want the liability but for a jump start seems a little silly no one could help. Luckily we called our insurance and paid to have someone literally help school the battery. The pool gates were broken chained and caution taped, the pool itself if falling apart degree everywhere in the pool and around. The shower doesn’t get hott basically cold/warmish. The beds are so old they cave in the center.. milder and mold around the tub and drains and nat bugs flying up from out of the drains. Ontop of that parking fee was $50 and I remember when it was included. Theres no complementary breakfast any longer just seems like they cheaper out on a lot of things since our last stay. Was very bummed with the services paid for. Note dont stay in 1176 the constant vehicular noise will keep you up it’s not at all noise proofed. We loved seeing the koi and ducks and they even put a pool for the baby ducks. They hosted a movie night- beauty and the beast- looked cute but we didn’t attend unfortunately

Just let me self serve everything and give it one price and stop pretending there is any customer service left.

Great stay for a Disney trip!

It was a great experience

Honestly it was a great stay the breakfast was a 7/10 the best part was the bus that takes you back and forth from Disney to the hotel .

I would atleast like someone to refresh towels and take out trash daily.

We had an excellent view of the Disneyland fireworks!! Staff were very accommodating. Theme was fun!

Always a great place to stay when visiting Disneyland.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the food options provided by the hotel. The shuttle to the parks was very convenient. Excellent stay!

The walls are really thin so there was a crying baby in the room next to us. We could hear the baby crying when we were trying to fall asleep. Also we were on the side of two busy streets. I will not stay here again.

Does not actually have free parking or free breakfast. Which was quite a surprise out of pocket cost.

The front desk made the check in and over all experience amazing she was great

The service provide from this site was incredible 🤗. All the staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to assistance. Our room was accommodating, had a small problem with the AC but they helped us out and made sure to get it fixed ASAP. Over all it was great, my family enjoyed every bit of our experience.

Great location and beautiful rooms. Not the most up to date in terms of charger options but should be more than sufficient for a family trip

I really liked the shuttle to Disneyland. Th r pool wad nice also.

Staff were friendly and helpful! We were extra thankful for the Disney shuttle. It was efficient and convenient. The restroom itself was not too clean and some trash cans were missing clean bags. Overall, an ideal location if you are spending time at Disneyland. Would stay here again.

The first room I checked into was over $300 a night. The room looked nice online when we checked in there was a very strong odor of cigarette smoke. It was a last-minute late check-in and had a ton of bags we had to cart up to the room to find out that the smell was so bad it was disgusting. They then switched us to a room that I found out was cheaper online than the one I paid for we then rushed to dinner before the restaurant closed at 10 PM and ended up with a $350 dinner tab for mediocre food. We then proceed to our room at which time it was a little bit after 11 o’clock at night keep in mind we have a ton of bags from Disney, not to mention our personal belongings that are already checked into the second room we get in and find that the room is not clean. There is the rags left over from housekeeping that are sitting on top of the bathroom sink. Also, there is blood all over the toilet. The shower was extremely dirty. There was no conditioner in the dispenser and the sheets on my bed were ripped extremely bad. I then proceed to check out the next morning after frustration and just wanting sleep and explain to staff the condition of the room and showed them pictures at which they took a screenshot and said that they would speak to management never got any type of follow up was charged more money for a room in person that was cheaper online and never offered any type of credit for the difference in cost. Would never stay here again or recommend to anybody.
