Breakfast is a zoo with the worst food imaginable. Location is good, but that’s about it.

There are floors that are closed due to construction- understandable. However, one of our nights stay the hotel had to shut off the water from 10pm to 5am. Front desk staff literally said ‘if you or your family need the restroom make sure to use it before 10pm or after 5am.’ I was shocked! Mind you I was traveling with 3 young kiddos. We reserved the family suite that sleeps 7 and unfortunately we could not use the sofa bed because the mattress had a brown stain on it. Unsure on what that stain was exactly. We spent 2 Disney days so we came back exhausted and with no energy to speak with anyone about it until checkout. At checkout they expressed their hands were tied because we booked through Expedia and we would need to reach out to Expedia directly for a refund. I believe this hotel will be a great lodging location once they have ironed out all their kinks and make sure each room’s cleanliness is thorough.

Clean room, good customer service, short walk from Toy Story lot for a free to Disneyland. Breakfast is served in the morning is busy but they have enough staff, it’s a well oiled machine.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool and water slide. The kids had a great time, and that was the biggest plus of the hotel. I also wish they had played the outdoor movies at night more often, as that would have made the experience even better. A downside was that the TV was not a smart TV, so we were limited to regular channels, and there were no Spanish channels available. Another thing I found inconvenient was having to wear wristbands to access the pool area and for breakfast. Considering the price of the hotel, those extra requirements felt unnecessary. Overall, the hotel was clean and the pool area was enjoyable, but there are a few things that could be improved.

Horrible place to stay. Dirty rooms and common spaces. Staff not very helpful

The next morning we woke up to a very unpleasant odor in the living room area. It smelled like a dirty alley way similar to urine in the carpet. Later that evening we were approached by staff and told we weren’t allowed to eat outside food in the lobby. This was very confusing and frustrating because throughout our stay we clearly saw other guest eating in the lobby and even receiving food deliveries at the front desk. When we asked for clarification, the employee stated it wasn’t enforced before because other staff were new & unaware of the policy. The explanation felt inconsistent & unprofessional. There was no mention of such policy no where on their website or anywhere prior to booking. In fact the website promotes nearby dining options, which makes the rules even more misleading. Overall, the hotel felt overpriced for what it offers, somewhere between a motel & hotel in terms of quality. Pictures are misleading, there is no outside bar. For the same price if not cheaper a stay at a Holiday Inn or Marriott would likely provide a much better experience.

Todo muy bien excellent excellent Servicio

Did like anything about our stay! Room smelled toilets didn’t work! Kids were racially profiled, staff was rude. Couldn’t eat outside food In the hotel when it was never stated before we booked that it wasn’t allowed! Paid way too much money for things to go so horribly!

Pros: nice room layout with ability to close the door to the sitting area with the sofa couch and 2 showers which made it easier for our family to have some space when needed. Beds were comfy We liked the pools and slides Good breakfast spread with Mickey waffles Cons: No housekeeping until the 5th day! We had to request tp and towels and empty our own trash and they still didn’t come clean our room until the day before we were scheduled to leave. It would have been so appreciated to come back to a clean and stocked room each day We requested housekeeping but someone just left a few towels inside the door. Breakfast was cleared out EXACTLY on the minute it was scheduled to to end. ( and not restocked well for the last half hour) waffle irons were unplugged even if still cooking and the doors closed and locked so that if you were still finishing eating you had to leave through the oustide door and reenter the building through the lobby to get back to your room The pool towels were old and scratchy They had a security guard at the pool to make sure you didn’t bring outside food and drink in to the pool area but didnt have a lifeguard. Why would you need security to enter pool when the entry is through the hotel lobby? We were required to leave a $200 deposit upon check in but couldn’t charge any water or snacks to our room when we went to the pool so had to bring credit card to pool???

The pool area was excellent, and we would consider staying here again just for that amenity. One small improvement would be to keep the lobby water station stocked more consistently, as it was often empty. Having cold ice water available would be especially refreshing. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the park, which was convenient for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return. A few additional thoughtful touches would make the experience even better.

Traveling with my special needs son and my 8-year-old grandson is challenging enough without having to deal with basic necessities not being available. We paid to stay in a functioning hotel room, and access to running hot and cold water should be the bare minimum. While staff may not have been responsible for the problems themselves, the repeated disruptions had a major impact on our stay. Because of this experience, I will never stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone considering a visit. The inconvenience, frustration, and lack of reliable utilities made for a very disappointing experience.

The facilities and rooms were good, good sized rooms and great pool and slides. But the whole facility is getting a bit run down, the pictures don't quite represent it. The staff weren't that helpful either, more interested in security staff for the pool area than customer service. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

They call themselves a Disney family-friendly hotel - THEY ARE NOT. There are military looking guards at the gate to the pool who actually search your belonging more thoroughly than TSA and have to let you into the pool area with a key. When we entered the pool area we were told no outside food or beverage was allowed - we were surprised, but complied. Then, - We were told we couldn't even have outside food or drink outside the pool area - My daughter was denied entry into the pool area with just her phone in hand and sun screen and was not granted entrance because I was at the table outside the pool area with their bags and my computer open and it was messy. My daughter questioned and the security guard called the manager. The manager did allow me to stay at the table, but the day was already ruined for my daughter. - The kids were playing with a nerf football (no one around on the side by the basket ball area - not allowed. - I tried to enter with a deck of cards and was told - not allowed. - The restaurant was supposed to open at 2 - opened at 2:40. By then most every family had crying children. It was a horrible experience where we were treated like criminals.

One thing to note, Starbucks coffee was not allowed in the pool area. However, the pool security staff did an excellent job maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. They were attentive and ensured that roughhousing was kept under control in pool, which we appreciated. The only other downside was that the shuttle service to the park is no longer available, so we had to use Uber for transportation.

If you’re only looking for a place to sleep while spending most of your day at the parks, it may be adequate. However, based on our experience, it did not meet our expectations for cleanliness and amenities.

When asked for a cart for luggage we were told to get our own from the parking lot. Not very helpful.
