Grand Inn

First time booking a room at the Gran Inn and last time. The outside of the property dont get me wrong its clean as well as the reception area. But the hallway to get to the rooms especially the hallway entrance on the back of the inn it has a smell. The hallway carpet dirty n stain. The room I stayed, which I have booked a smoking room, was not the best. The headboard on top was dusty you can tell the room service ladies never clean it. One of the bathroom door hinges was off. The bed sheets and blanket had cigar holes and stains. The bed had only two pillows provided, I had to go to reception to ask for two more pillows. I will definitely not stay at Gran Inn again.

Carpets were disgusting, burn holes in both blankets on bed, low quality and old bedding, hair dryer fell off wall when taking a shower, shower ran water out of spigot and shower head with no control of temp. Very sad old hotel that should be torn down.

The lobby has vending machines and the ice machine there is a food4less in walking distance. There is also a pizza place and a subway.

This was the only somewhat affordable option on a Saturday night, so I guess that's a plus. Not clean in general, but also had disturbing stains on the carpet and in the bathroom. I couldn't wait to leave. You're better off sleeping in your car.

Water not really hot for shower/bath

Our room was spacious, very clean and organized, staff was nice at reception and at check out, place was quiet, peaceful and safe. TV was just very old.

Location, access, Darn "smoking" rooms are making the whole facility stinky. That central air, Seriously?? Awh boy,-too noisy, too cold. Toilet clogged. I've had no high expectations, but the place was definitely way below of it. That was a one time stay for me that is for sure. Hundred bucks for a night? WTF? Why cleanliness is some kind of luxury nowadays?? Well, I rather sleep in my car or under the bridge in a tent. :)

They don't serve breakfast. They should as it says in the beginning. Or they should remove it and not announce it. Well the price. Some stuff need it to be cleaned

Good location, the staff were nice in the morning when we checked out. Free parking. Unclean, only a couple sockets worked, the lamps flickered, the closet door was broken, mold in the shower, there were only two pillows per bed and they were so flat and uncomfortable? There’s no AC (even tho it was listed online that they did have one) so we were ROASTING, and the staff was kinda rude when we checked in. The fridge smelled and was unplugged for some reason so we had to plug it back in. The tv didn’t work, all the channels were weird and static-y, and the remote was missing buttons so we couldn’t turn down the volume. The walls were extremely thin, you could hear everything - even people talking in the next room.

Not that i didn't like it but stairs suck (no elevator)

Location STAFF!, cleanliness, police strolls thru parking lot all day and night, sketchy guests, smell of marijuana, let’s not mention how you should bring your own towels because they do not give more than one set a day!

The a/c running all night. Couldn't find how timo turn it off. We were cold.

This place is a dive that needs to be demolished & rebuilt! Its filthy & outdated..The only good thing was it was super quiet

Nothing, really old and smelly, I regretted to paid in advance It’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed at It’s really old, sketchy not a safe place to stay with children, smelt so bad there were bugs and sketchy people the night receptionist was had the worst costumer service and I didn’t even said a bad thing

The room was very clean. The fan in bathroom was controlled by the light switch, unnecessary continually, a separate switch for the fan would be better.
