Grand Legacy At the Park

We loved this place. Perfect for going to Disneyland. Shortest walk ever! And on hot days the splashpad and pool were perfect for our toddler

It was a nice place to stay. Conveniently walkable to Disneyland. The pictures didn’t match room we got. The air conditioner on wall was very loud. Mattress was not comfortable

The place was very dirty . The door to the hotel had a huge crack that will allow you to see people walk by. It was hard to sleep- they need to work on making the rooms sound proof. I suggest you look at the bed and around it before staying there . The ac unit hardly worked - cheap model mounted to the wall

So so noisy got woken up Multiple times a night and could hear every single word said next door Carpet was dirty - feet were dirty after walking on it

I love that it was close to Disney and room so clean

We also had the “room occupied” sign out on door and room service still tried to come in Thankfully we had the emergency lock on so they could not open the door very far.

Room was spacious, bed comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Right across the street from Disneyland. This is our 2nd or 3rd stay here. Will continue to book here when going to Disneyland or other close by venues.

We had a family suite we booked through hotels.com. It was on the 4th floor directly under a roof top bar. This was the worst hotel experience we have experienced. I was not warned of our room being directly under a bar. The bar had a live DJ that blasted music and base until 11:30. The base could not be blocked out. Chairs were scrapping across the floor. There were tears from the kids and no sleep to be had. It was rough. Although the hotel staff was professional and kind, this could never make up for not being able to sleep in your own hotel room. Have a rooftop bar and grill directly about a family suite should absolutely be a conflict of interest for the building owner. Will never stay here again. Our reservation was for two night. We found another hotel after the first night it was so unbearable.

Room was clean. Right across the street of Disneyland, very convenient.

The accessibility room bathroom would not shut or latch. This is fine if you do not wish for privacy. The door was extremely difficult to open and close. Imagine a pocket door idea that is not easily shut or opened without able bodied assistance.

Clean room, was upgraded and that was a nice surprise. Great location, excellent customer service at the front desk.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel. Very close to the main Disney entrance, lots of shops and restaurants around. The staff is lovely and willing to store our ice packs in the housekeeping freezer each night so they were ready for use every morning. There is only one elevator from the main lobby, but it is quite large and fit multiple families at one time. We did not have a chance to use the pool or any other facilities, but the room was perfect for our needs.

Great room if you are going to Disney. The walk is extremely short and the pool is very kids friendly

Rooms are not as bright as pictures depict, the pool is a lot smaller in person than the pictures infer as well

Room wasn’t available on time, when I got to the room, I was missing a bag, (had my passport, medications, etc) was eventually found room looked nothing like the pictures on line. The proximity to Disneyland was nice. Our room was 2 doors down from the laundry, constant carts and staff going by, also staff being picked up from work outside beeping horns and such. For the price I was expecting better rooms. I have a scooter and we had to move a table to fit it in the room

For this being a good neighbor hotel to Disneyland I was kind of surprised. We were in a luxury plus room and the description said it was one of the newly updated rooms. This room was barely updated. The air conditioning was so loud while running and in the middle of the day while we were at Disneyland, it would randomly turn off. We would come back to a hot room. Staff was friendly but I don’t know if we would stay here again with all the other offerings along the same street.

We arrived to the property at 4:30pm and a room was not available. We were asked to come back at 5:00 to get the room keys, which delayed us getting to our event. The next morning when I turned on the water to take a shower a bunch of little black bugs came flying out of the drain.

It’s literally across the street from the park entrance it’s so convenient

Location. So loud. Constant rolling carts across the concrete floor. Could hear neighbors above me stomping all the time.
