Breakfast was a plus

Parking was $40/night. Garage and elevators smelled really bad of garbage and air freshener spray and it was so strong when we arrived... that would be my only complaint.

Amazing hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights for our Disney trip… Staff was friendly, location was great - close to everything, our room (suite) was clean and spacious - enough room for us and our 3 children, and breakfast was good! Will definitely come back again!

Clean and close to Disneyland would stay again

In general it’s a good choice if you need to stay around Disney. The only complaint I have is the noise of the air conditioner. It’s impacting my sleep a little bit but it may because I’m a sensitive one. My other families didn’t complained it.

Room was cozy for a small family, great storage for our items. Close access to food was also a plus and the bar in the lobby was perfect. Fitness center was well equipped and facilities were clean! More sparking options at the bar! Rooms were oddly cold despite thermostat saying it was 72 degrees. Pool was small, but good for a couple families at a time. Breakfast is a lot better at the Convention center location.

The outside of the hotel was very clean, the inside not so much the carpet on the floor my room was on was filthy. The mini fridge was not stable in the little cabinet they had it in. The rooms are old and need an upgrade. For the price they charge for that hotel it’s not worth it.

Everything was perfect, I recommend this place to stay

I booked this hotel since it's close to Disneyland and within walking distance. The room overall was nice as we had the family suite. The downside of the room is there is no noise buffering it seems between the floors. We had a family above us with young kids running, hopping taking the rolling chair back and forth jumping off the bed onto the floor for almost 2hrs before I called the front desk to complain. I understand it's family hotel but it sounded like they were going to fall into our room. Front desk stated they would send someone up there but it continued til almost 10pm. The breakfast is ok. Personally I think we will continue booking with Homewood.

Our mini fridge was also not cooling. Front desk said they would send someone up to take a look. Surprise surprise, no one ever showed. Ended up having to throw out food. Pretty disappointing experience. I get it’s a busy hotel with many Disney guests, but Disney didn’t appear overnight. Should know how to deliver a pack in play in a timely manner and not have my 1yr old staying up until 9:00 PM to have a place to sleep. Don’t plan on staying again

Spacious room, good service, convenient, great location,-15 min walk to the disney parks. Breakfast included was very basic, more variety would be nice, also extending breakfast until 10 am ( it ends at 9am)

Exceptional

Location was fantastic. Brekky each day was excellent. Large room and super comfy. Pool was awesome too. Thin walls, so could be noisy from above. Staff excellent in dealing with boisterous kids though.

they mistreat us in a terrible way, their staff in security and at the front desk treat us like homeless and have my aunt a 70 years old lady like a homeless because she doesn't speak English , call the police on her and have her arrested, later the manager apologize but they eject us from the hotel because the police arrest her by mistake, the worst experience ever

Pretty run down

Everything you would expect the name Hyatt to be. This is a nice home away from home, convenient, a small useful kitchen if you decide to cook, I was greeted by a very friendly staff, very clean inside, elevator elevators were reasonably quick, parking was convenient, although catty corner from Disneyland - about a 17-20 brisk walk, restaurants everywhere (cheap eats and nice restaurants). This place will be my next stay when I'm in town
