Signature Anaheim Maingate

Fun motel but the neighborhood is a little sketchy. And the breakfast isn’t really breakfast. 7/10

Had higher hopes for this place. Charging more than local motels, yet quality is about the same. Very outdated restrooms that take awhile to hot water(mind you, we were on the first floor), and tv’s with remotes that don’t work.Next to a busy street that cars are constantly reving their engines. For “breakfast” you get a yogurt cup, a small muffin and your choice of coffee or juice……

Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints. Just a regular room. Location was good and there were a lot of stores and places to eat nearby.

Everything is amazing, only thing i wish they had was something to stop the shower from leaking all over the ground.

Very disappointed with my stay. The hotel does not comply with what it announces. The jacuzzi does not work and the 'breakfast' they offer is just a coffee with a small bread, something very far from what one expects for the price they charge. I don't recommend it at all, the value for money is terrible."

The whole room smelled like urine

Pool is very small, I didn’t use it due to the water looked like it lacked chemicals. The room needs some updating! Shower curtain rod was all rusted, no usb outlets, wall outlet wasn’t able to keep hair dryer plugged in properly. Housekeeping replaced towels but would forget washcloth and hand towel (I had to ask). Breakfast is only yogurt, apples, muffins, tea, and coffee. There is an ice machine, and the parking was free. There is no restroom to use if you show up needing one, I was told that the Carl’s Jr next door had a restroom (I showed up 2 hrs before check in and was told there would be a $30 check in early fee). Disneyland is roughly a 30 minute walk, Uber was approximately $10. A/C was working well. Water pressure in shower was low, glad I didn’t have long hair. Room was spacious, tv huge, fridge nice size, and microwave was basic. Bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. At a certain time in the evening you will hear the traffic noise. I would definitely stay again! You have to get a Joe’s Italian ice from across the street! You will see the line wrap around the block!

The room has constant water smell and the shower curtain didn’t even hold water from getting out so the bathroom floor was constantly soaked and toilet leaked. The room was terrible and won’t stay there again.

The only thing that me and my family didn't like was the one option of food for breakfast.

The room was clean but the bath towels were old, stained, and too small. There was no shower door so water seeped through the shower curtain which caused the bathroom floor to flood with water. Had to mop up bathroom floor every we showered. The breakfast was nothing I expected for a continental, only juice, muffins, and yogurt. The pool water was so dirty that we did not swim. The hotel need serious maintenance and upgrade. Our reservation was already confirmed so we had to stay even though we were not happy with the outcome.

The rooms were very clean… check in was really nice and easy the staff is always friendly we love this Hotel we go to Disneyland every month and this is are favorite place to stay ❤️

Saw cockroach in the room at night.

Had stayed at this motel seeveral years ago under a different name. It has been refurbished with new decore which I found very pleasing. Breakfast was quite adequate with several healthy choices. I will likely choose to stay here again.

The rooms were cheap but very clean. We felt very safe at the Signature.

The property was bad! The property across the street is abandoned and a small unit directly across the street. Looks like an active crackhouse. The room smelled of urine and bleach, we had to leave. Alex at the front desk gave us a hard time because we didn’t let him know right away. We literally put our stuff in the room and left to go get dinner. Came back, sat down and tried to eat. The smell was subtle, but gave us headaches. There was tape above the bed where there was a hole in the ceiling, it looks like someone could see us. The toilet would not flush even toilet paper and it was not plugged. There is just no water pressure. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! We canceled and requested a refund and have not seen anything yet and this was four days ago. It felt unsafe and was definitely not clean. The room smelt like urine and bleach. You can see into the room through the crack of the door. There was a hole above the bed in the ceiling where it looks like someone can see in and covered with tape. The toilet did not have enough water pressure to flush toilet paper. Directly across the street is abandoned business and some apartments that one in particular looks like a crack house. When I went to the front desk and explained why we are canceling our reservations for that day and the next day, the clerk argued why we didn’t tell him sooner. After we checked in and offloaded, my wife and I went to get dinner. When we came back, we tried to stick through the subtle smell that gave us headaches and realized that there is no way we can stay even another hour there. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
