It was cold when we visited so we call House Keeping for an extra blanket. They said it would arrive inn20 mins but no one ever showed up.

Wow! What a beautiful resort with excellent customer service & proximity to Downtown Disney (& the parks). The property is well kept; the room, pool, gym plus the lobby & bar areas are quite comfy after a day out & about. The self parking garage was very convenient as well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property, walking distance to Disneyland, great restaurants, bars and pool area. Property feels brand new. Would definitely stay again Being quoted by concierge a price for airport transfers and go to book and price doubled. Concierge should be better than this.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect: a short 7 minute walk to the Convention Center. The staff was courteous, efficient and went over the top to be helpful, such as riding up in the elevator with me to make sure a key I was given worked both the elevator and the room door. The room was expansive, well laid out, with a super-comfy bed and a large wide-screen TV. The bathroom was large with fine toiletries and a huge walk-in shower. The lighting was well thought out, with switches in ideal places and an all-on/off switches by the entrance door and bedside. Being a coffee hound, extra coffee pods were brought to my room within minutes of requesting them. Room service was prompt, courteous and dinner was delicious, which included a perfectly made old-fashioned cocktail. The rooftop bar and restaurant afforded great views and food, and the bar on the main floor was fun with perfect cocktails and fun bartenders. Bar food was excellent. Nothing

No hair dryer in the room as expected. Coffee maker was very temperamental to use. Room was right by a trucking terminal which woke us up every morning before 6:00 am. Parking is very expensive. I would not stay here again.
