Clean room.

A good stay but not many options to walk to a restaurant.

Room was clean. The shower leaked onto the floor. Must be an ongoing problem because the wall had some water damage . Other than that, it was clean and comfy, close to restaurants and easy to find off the highway.

This was an affordable and well-maintained hotel.

The beds are nearly impossible to get comfortable on and get much sleep. The swimming pool was just plain nasty. Lots of dead bugs and human hair all over. Not fit to swim in. My family would not even go in. I’ve swam in cleaner lakes. The breakfast was adequate. The rooms themselves seemed to be fairly clean, bedding was as well. I do understand it IS an economy Hotel, but, this was not even close to meeting expectations. I do not think we will be back.

The coffee in the room was terrible. Weak,weak, weak!

Love staying here. Staff is incredibly friendly and quiet atmosphere.

There was a big huge spider in our room and rodent boxes in the stairwells.

This property is very beat up and poorly maintained. Could be at least clean, but it’s not.

Location and outside area Wasn’t well kept. Wallpaper off in places carpet ripped and small black bugs in the bathroom especially bad after I took a shower.

Inexpensive, clean and comfortable room with breakfast and an indoor pool (which I did not visit). Absolutely no issues and I would definitely stay there again!

Draws had unknown substance in them and had to have staff come and clean them out. Room was a good size but not somewhere we would stay again. Staff was very friendly

Traveling with 2 dogs. She acted like she did not want our business. Put us in what I assume was rhe sh_ tiest room in the building.

This is an older hotel with many fixtures needing replacing. The bathroom mirror light needs a new fluorescent bulb or an LED upgrade. Two of the labs three did not work. 5he sink drain and trap need cleaning. How gross to have drain water back up while washing your face or brushing one's teeth.

There was a tornado not far from hotel & there was no place to shelter. Other than that it was a nice clean newly remodeled motel

Because luke Combs was playing in a town 10 miles away every hotel in the area jacked there prices up witch i understand but if a 70 dollar a night hotel raises prices to 200.00 an night yiu would expect that they would put on a cleaning staff. NOT econo lodge in Ankeny Iowa. Dirty rooms torn up beding and bugs. Stay away unless you like that kina room
