Staff at front desk check in was pleasant even with our being much later than the 3PM check in time and offered a lot of information about everything available during our stay. Clean room, comfortable bed and all staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Excellent options for breakfast every morning. Check out with Sarah went just as smoothly as our check in did. Will not hesitate to stay here again when visiting family in the area.

The room was clean and in good condition. Was a little worried that street noise from construction in front of the hotel might be an issue, but that was fine. Would suggest that travelers who are bothered by noise may not want to stay on the first floor at the end of the hall as there is an outside access door that guests used frequently to get to the pool. Opened & closed repeatedly until 10:00 pm.

It’s not the Hotels fault, but there was so much construction around the area that it was difficult to see where the parking lot was at night. When I first arrived, with my GPS, I ended up in the hotel across the street by mistake. And then I didn’t know how to get back across the street and I made an illegal U – turn to get back on track and then turn left into the parking lot. Also, what bothered me is the amount of electrical scaffolding and lines right across the street. Too much radiation, I think.

The bathroom smelled bad and I always wanted to get out of it as soon as possible. The breakfast was ok but the waffles were not cooked all the way through.
