We had such a great stay. The staff were all super helpful and nice. Great breakfast selection.

The place was well kept and clean. It had a very foul smell in the elevator and the stairwell. The pool was down for maintenance because it was green. To us it was no big deal for the pool to be down we found other ways to have fun. When we got in our room the gave us 2 towels for a family of four that was checking in. When we left for the day house keeping came in and took the used towels and never replaced them. We went down stairs and request more towels at like 830 and we were told they would not be ready for hr or so because she was just starting a load of towels. Housekeeping also expected the guest to put their own trash bags in the trash cans after they replaced them.

The ceilings were leaking from the rain. The hallway on the 4th floor smelled bad. I booked 2 rooms traveling with family and they put us on opposite ends of the hallway which was really i convenient for us.

Nothing to like. The place smells and old facility. They cancelled my reservation without notifying me. Don't stay at the unfairfield inn.

Front desk was personal and friendly Even gave restaurant recommendations that were perfect. Love the breakfast setup and food was easily accessible ,

No complaints about the cleanliness of the room. Outside of the hotel needs some care - outside of the hotel is rough looking. Grass needed to be cut around the parking lot. One of the light poles has fallen over and has been lying across parking spaces for some time as weeds have started growing up around it. Several of the light poles look like they could fall over at any time, damaging cars or injuring someone. Elevators had a weird chemical smell.

Do not waste your money. They dont even have cable TV. I stayed during the spurs and knicks and could not watch it because they did not have cable tv. Stay at the hotel 6 next door. Elevators were hot and stunk

No breakfast or coffee available in the morning. Water was turned off 2 hours before check out we were not informed till it happened even though it was scheduled.

The location was fantastic. The breakfast was very good too. When we pulled up the hotel looked very run down and the landscaping looked like it hadn’t been touched in months. When we got into our room, it was poorly cleaned, the sink was dirty, sticky stuff on our nightstand. I wound up cleaning it myself.

Kitchen lady was supper nice.. I reserved 2 rooms ..one had 2 empty wine bottles from previous person that stay there and thr other room was completely dirty when they gave it to me , I told the front desk and they said sorry but I had to wait for an hour to get the room after they cleaned it..

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Would stay again.

This hotel was in a great central location and was as expected.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had to endure, we checked in 4hrs after check in time and were told 3/5 rooms were ready. Only 2/5 rooms were ready and they said another hour for the other rooms. On top of not being ready we had to downsize from two beds to a king bed which was another inconvenience which was brushed off with everything else. We had a big party which is why we booked 5 rooms! We got zero notification on this issue. We almost checked in exactly @3 but chose to go to the beach instead. The pool area didn’t have pool towels. The smelled of mildew. The front desk person wasn’t very empathetic on the frustration I was feeling and offered a “we are short staffed” as the reasoning why our rooms weren’t ready. Never getting contacted by phone or email in regards to this delay is very unprofessional and inconsiderate at every level. Having children and elderly having to wait for a room added to the stress and frustration. The inconvenience and inconsideration was at a high. There were others coming in and checking in with zero issues. As we waited for our rooms. We were not able to enjoy the pool since we had to rush and shower after we finally all got our rooms and make dinner and by the time we returned the pool was closed. Very inconsiderate

Nothing honestly We found a few baby roaches in the bed and it smelled weird in our room it was dirty , we had to get switched to a new room bc of the roaches , the next room we got moved to the ac was leaking water on the carpet , also house keeping is dirty and unorganized they were done for the day and left there cart in the middle of the hall till the next day with trash bags open filled with trash , overall we checked out super super super early to get the heck out of there we were excited to leave definitely would not be going back. I would recommend booking something in rockport definitely not at this location in were we stayed!
