Great place to take kids for either baseball or them parks. Good breakfast and pool area.

Everyone was so accommodating and friendly.

Location I didn’t like the small room, but the staff was able to accommodate me and switch me to a bigger room. The hotel hosted events and there was no parking for the hotel guests. Also, the shuttle service cost went from $5 to $8 over the weekend. The first room I was given the AC wasn’t working. The second room I was switched to the television wasn’t working. The front desk clerks did come to assist but wasn’t successful. Joseph and Krystal were awesome!

We were very happy with our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Convenient location when we went to AT&T stadium for a world cup game. They also have a paid shuttle bus that will take you near the venue which was way cheaper than the parking fees near the venue. Water pressure in the sink was not strong. Toilet seat placed was the wrong size (round seat instead of elongated seat).

Pool is open til midnight. Very layed back very respectful. Bar closed earlier then expected, but the staff addressed it at check in which was quite nice so we weren't disappointed later. Very clean. Would absolutely stay there again.

Close to stadium Room felt damp and moldy and was not a nice experience. Our AC also blew out on the last night and was a sauna.

We moved from the comfort suites to here even though it was a little further away from our destination. This establishment was right next to six flags, had a party in the ball room and we didn’t hear anything slept well for the next day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and checking in was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and recommend

Location Great for Rangers game. Staff was warm welcoming. GM Bill is Jack of all Trades. He’s customer driven to make sure your stay is excellent. He also was my shuttle driver from the airport and kept in contact communication as I landed. I hope the Ritz Carlton keeps an eye on these guy 👍
