This was a dirty gross motel. I believe there were people living there. When we arrived our door was open and we called out then checked the room no one was there. The bedding had stains on it. Since we were only there for 6 hours we went to bed but it took a long time to fall asleep. We worried we would wake up with bed bug bites. It was the longest night of our lives.

The elevator wasn’t working there was a rat in a room stadium, bring clean towels, and for some reason somebody has stuck to coffee little cups inside the water reservoir to the coffee pot.

It's proximity to Washington DC and our relatives home. I had forgotten my purse in the room the day we went into DC and it was there untouched in the room when we returned that night. Very limited breakfast offerings. Very small breakfast area. Both nights we were there people gathered outside our hotel room and socialized till late. The area was questionable. I being female would not have walked outside by myself.

No electricity in the room my dryer microwave Etc did not work only the TV light did not work and there was no real feature or it's rigged on total freezing air the heater didn't even get up to 84 I was cold my name is Yvette Marion Penfield room 125 the other one he gave me smells of something rotten it smelled like our stick a r s e a i c i was an organic chemistry teacher and I did laboratory I don't know how arsenic smell would be in that room or in the breakfast that I smell or snake laced breakfast food that's a felty

Location and 28sqm space Exhaust Fan, Cupboard space for Hangers, Bath Matt after Shower. Good to consider replacing Bathtub with standing Shower.
