Room and hotel seemed poorly kept up. Mismatched tile all in bath. Cracked sink. Wobbly toilet seat. Peeling and missing flooring. Cig burns. Floor was yuck. Walls needed work. No formal bed cover. Just sheet and rough military like blanket on bed. Bugs all in shower light. But staff were nice. Overall vibe was creepy when you parked outside.

No box spring for the bed, so every time you moved the springs were noisy. Toilet paper holder was broken. Broken tiles in the bath. Only 1 bath towel in the room.

Roaches everywhere. Woke me and my husband up with them crawling on us.

No good

Positive is there was no carpet in either room that we had. It is very outdated. The mattresses were not the best. We stayed one night. The first room we were given had an adjoining door to the next room and it was unlocked, the room smelled like smoke and it also had a door to the balcony on the back side of the room and it was opened, the floors were filthyand there were ants in the room plus none of the doors had safety locks on them. They moved us to another room again no safety locks on either door and the balcony door was unlocked on that room as well.

Very racist did not like me or my brother and gave a very hard time just to get the room then charge 60$ that you don't find out until you there and have no choice but to pay.

The staff was so so kind, and they have done a TON of work on the property to make it better!

Not a bad stay

The floor was sticky and visibly dirty, and made walking around in shoes a necessity. The in-room dehumidifier and AC units were so loud that we resorted to just using subtitles on all our TV-watching so as to not disturb other guests. One trash can in the whole room/bathroom. The shower faucet was nearly falling off the wall. Our non-smoking room always smelled like smoke. But at least we paid less for 3 nights than we do for 2 at our normal Asheville hotel?

Mattress was bad. There was blood splatter on the walls and in the bathroom (from people shooting up?) that had not been cleaned. Internet was terrible. Probably won't stay here again.

Had we had time to find another hotel we would have ate the cost of the hotel. My daughter was so afraid of the cleanliness of the room she slept in her clothes outside the sheets. There was a lady selling snack items out of her room which was sketchy.

Dirty, smelled of cigarettes and urine. Not worth any money. Better to sleep in your car.

The hotel was not open yet. There was no room; they sent us to the super 8 but the rate stayed the same as it would have been for this one
