This place was nice. Lots of amenities. Breakfast was included and tasted good. The issue was the area. It is across from a homeless shelter (an old hotel they turned into a homeless place) with people doing drugs, aggressive towards others and it didn’t feel safe. Wales to dinner and regretted it once we realized the neighborhood we were in. Would not stay in that area again. It said it was close to downtown but not the downtown Asheville you think of. More of a run down downtown with crime and drugs.

I think this has been the best Fairfield we have stayed at. The room was super clean and the hotel was clean as well. The pool area was super cute with a hot tub! The gym was well equipped. The staff was welcoming. The breakfast was delicious 😋. Overall great place to stay!

The hotel and room were fine. When we first checked in, the wasn't anyone at the desk. Finally a girl came out and was very matter of fact. She didn't welcome us or very friendly at all. We could hardly hear her, as her voice was very low. Certainly not like other Fairfield’s we’ve stayed at.

The entire experience here was exceptional, staff was friendly and helpful, the property was clean, the room was clean and in excellent condition, breakfast was good, the coffee was great, seriously, I'll gladly stay here again. the pool was closed, grrrrr

Too close to the street and heard the noise all night. There's a Waffle house across the street, so heard people yelling all night.
