The property was in the midst of a renovation. Otherwise things were fine.

Kitchen was nice We found live bed bugs on the pillows and under the mattress. Management denied responsibility, suggested that we had brought them into the room ourselves, and even claimed that the sheets were not theirs! Because of the upset, I accidentally left behind a medical device in the room at checkout, which I didn't realize until later that evening. I called the front desk and they told me to drive back to retrieve it. When we arrived an hour later, front desk staff were two other ladies who refused us access to the room, and even threatened to call security. I ultimately had to call the police myself to recover the device in the room! This was an extremely frustrating and distressing experience.

The property is under construction renovation. The project is behind schedule and we stayed in a room that was not yet fully finished nor furnished.

It was in a quiet area and a short walk to a restaurant near by. Nothing.

Location The toilet was running. Also, there were quest near by making loud noises around midnight. They were slamming doors yelling and arguing.

Value for your money It was under construction so there was a few smells. But most of the construction was done. And my sister didn't like because they didn't have regular coffee cups and she had to drink at his styrofoam lol
