Took a long time check in since there was issues with their internet. Staff was nice. I was disappointed that we had a room on the ground floor. I had a view of a courtyard with tables right outside my window. Literally right outside my window. If I had a sliding glass door I could of at least used the patio! Had to keep my curtains closed the whole time. Not happy. And the refrigerator was a waste of space. I had to turn my food container on it's side to make it fit.

Outside of them not Having enough wash clothes, our stay was outstanding! Clean, friendly staff, Starbucks downstairs , bar and pool, smell good walking through lobby!

Where it is located. The amenities. The breakfast guy was nice. The shower curtain had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. And I thought I asked for a patio but did not receive. And the bath tub stopper was broken and nasty so my daughter couldn’t take a bath.

Front desk staff unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate simple request to avoid having to change rooms for a 2 night stay. Ultimately paid for upgrade and opted not to upgrade after seeing the room and staff refused to refund the upgrade charge. Won’t be back!
