Over all the stay was great. Breakfast was one of the best we had at a hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was cloudy but still a really nice amenity to have and enjoy. The location is amazing. Walking distance to shops and other restaurants. We would book this hotel again for sure.

I felt like we got a bad room because we booked with Expedia vs Hilton directly. Overall the Hotel manager there was nice and did the best he could for our troubles. Customer service was great. The rooms just need some more tender care.

The property looks nice and was in a great area. My wife, 4 boys and myself were very pleased upon entering. The space was accommodating and the view was pretty nice. We were in town for a football camp and this was close to that location so we were happy. That faded quickly when I noted our toilet didn't work. We called the front desk just to discover that someone had simply left a plunger at the door sometime during the wee hours of the morning. We ended up have to go to the lobby to use the restroom and I had to unclog the toilet myself. Even after doing this it still never worked. Breakfast was hot and made to order but was underwhelming, One of my sons was sick from trying to not have to use the restroom all night because he didn't want to go downstairs. When we talked to the person at the desk the apologized and said they would refund the stay. This was obviously a tactic to get us out because when I called Expedia and the property back regarding the refund, surprisingly no one could help or had information about it. The camp turned out great and that is all that salvaged this trip. Very disappointed!!!

Amazing experience. I loved the swimming pool.

We felt brushed off by front desk staff because we booked through a third party, and the room itself was a complete mess: Safety Failure: The privacy lock on the door was totally broken. We had to barricade the door at night with a living room table for peace of mind. Wrong Room: We paid for a large corner balcony but were given a standard balcony room and told nothing else was available and we were better in that room b/c we would lose 20 sq feet. I booked our original room for the balcony space, but what else could I do. Poor Hygiene: The towels were so stained we decided to go to Target to buy our own. There were also stains on the walls. Maintenance: The sink faucet was unattached to the counter, the bathroom fan was broken, and the room lacked blackout curtains. We only stayed because nearby hotels were fully booked. At checkout, I spoke with the General Manager. He explicitly agreed the room never should have passed inspection and promised to rectify the situation. Unsurprisingly, his promises fell short and I’ve heard nothing. The only saving grace was the breakfast cook. She was magnificent, a true delight, and knew what she was doing. Aside from her, avoid this hotel.

The full breakfast and omelet station is a great way to stand out in the crowed hospitality field

My room had a red ant crawling on the bed while I was in it. I requested a new room and was told the manager would be calling me. I still have not received a call. My new room was clean but the fridge smelt terrible.

Hello we recently traveled with our children for the weekend. The rooms were great the only thing I would say is that they need a touch up on the paint. When we first arrived we switched

This is a nice clean property that is well maintained with very friendly and attended staff. Location is key and it's close to me museums. The room was very quiet and private just as I expected. I would definitely return to this property.

Clean room and comfortable beds!

Everything was great except for the bed. The mattress and the bedding seemed very worn and needs to be replaced. Otherwise everything else was just right.

There was a staff named Sarah that was not as pleasant as I would have liked. She took both of my drink vouchers and put them in one cup after I asked her for an empty cup to separate them she got attitude. I usually stay at the Embassy suites near the park. Never had an issue at happy hour.
