Friendly and polite people

I checked in and received my key. It did not work. I went back to the front desk and asked for a working key. The front desk attendant offered to send someone with me to make sure I could enter. I replied that I was sure it would work this time. After entering the room and setting down my bags, I stepped into the bathroom. As I came out of the bathroom, my door unlocked and a stranger walked into my room. They obviously had a working key to my room. We both went back to the front desk. I saw this as a MAJOR safety concern. The front desk response was that these things happen. I replied that if they happen very often, that is an even bigger concern. Caveat Emptor - stay at this place at your own risk

We didn't have TV remote controller in the room.

Carpet in rooms were pretty nasty. Probably would reconsider staying there again. Rod at the front desk was cool though!

Good overall

We made reservations in March for our June stay and guess what???? There were no rooms for us because there was no staff to clean the rooms!!!! I will never stay here again or any other Hampton inn. The woman at the desk had such an attitude!!!!She offered no help what so ever!!

This property should invest in new linen or new washing machines. I am not staying there again!

Nice location.

The room was small and cramped with dirty carpets and poor bathroom plumbing. Their ad boasts about their delicious breakfast which ranged from poor to inedible, including watery uncooked grits or oatmeal, powdered eggs, undercooked bacon. It took four hours to get towels for the room. The attitude of the staff was at best indifferent and usually unpleasant and rude. I expected much more from a property located in one of Atlanta’s most upscale areas. They do not deserve the high ratings they have. It is at best a second rate one star property

Good atmosphere and pleasant and professional

Very clean. Quiet. Most comfortable bed. Road and/or lot Construction around the entire building obstructing easy view of entrance. Out of control of the hotel though.

There were no bottled waters on the premises. The staff said the order was not delivered. It would have been nice if someone had purchased water instead of waiting for the next delivery.

Everything was wonderful and great

Beautiful place, but the air conditioner is a little weak. The room stayed quite warm in the afternoon.

Here are some of the issues we experienced: 1. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were extremely dirty and smelled bad. 2. The rooms were very small. 3. The towels were dirty. 4. We found several hairs on the bed sheets. 5. The reservation staff responded rudely when we showed them photos of the hair on the bed. 6. The breakfast was terrible, very limited, and there was not even coffee available during breakfast time. The staff’s response to this was also rude.

The staff was never at the front desk not very helpful

Room wasn't too clean. Toilet paper on floor, dirty toilet bowl, hair on toilet, room just felt nasty.
