Absolutely phenomenal experience! My daughter and I were visiting for the World Cup and could not have been more pleased with our experience. The staff were amazing, room and view wonderful and the hotel was in a perfect location for everything. I will undoubtedly be staying here again for my next visit to ATL

Valet very convenient and fast. Only had to wait 3-5 minutes for car.

The location is SUPER..! The room was very good, clean and comfortable. This place has it all, food, coffee shop in the lobby, fantastically helpful staff, the lobby had fun FIFA events and music. Exactly what Atlanta needs..!

The CTR food court is connected to the hotel and has a huge screen and a well thought out seating area to watch the game. Plus an official FIFA merch store right there. There's also multiple 10+ food options in the CTR

Great location for a game.

The staff here was SO SO SO friendly!!!! Everyone smiles and speaks. It was my birthday and everyone was just so genuinely nice. Convenient to the arena, so I was able to walk. But, I was able to walk around and do a lot of things.

After we checked in we asked to change rooms due to the noise outside (could hear it on the 27th floor). Was moved to an inside atrium room in the other tower. We came back to our room around 4 on the second day to extremely loud music. Turns out the former CNN center was reopening and had a dj from 4 pm to 11 pm and was going to start again next day at 11 am. It was so loud I had the TV on 75 and could still hear it. At that point we decided to completely change hotels. We were given a partial refund but then sneakily charged a late check out fee without being told. The staff was nice. We had the breakfast buffet and it was extremely overpriced for what you get. The elevators had a mind of their own. The pool was small especially for the size of the hotel. I would not stay here again.

Stayed for the FIFA game and the fan fest was across the street. Super helpful also when it rained all afternoon and evening, was the ATL food court with direct access from the hotel without going outside.

I was not given the room view I paid for.

The staff at the Omni was amazing starting with valet and front desk. We did encounter a problem at the sports bar where we were ignored after being seated other tables were set after us, but waited on, so we walked out and went to the bourbon bar, which was an amazing experience. The bartenders were amazing.

The property was amazing and the staff was even better anytime I visit Atlanta. I will be staying at this facility.
