The pool should be noted as out of order and drained on booking site. It's more bait and switch because we booked for the pool in large part.

I was there for 5 nights with young children. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Did not eat breakfast. Air conditioning worked great. The pool was not in service and there was nothing mentioned about the pool being out in the listing. Honestly, if I had known the pool was out of service I would NOT have booked the hotel. This was very disappointing. It’s located in a great area near restaurants and shopping. Overall our stay was pleasant, just very bummed about the pool being out and not being mentioned in the listing.

The room was very clean, check-in was very quick. I was placed on the first floor which was very noisy so I couldn’t sleep like I wanted to. People were roaming the halls late at night and apparently my neighbors were up early morning and scared me to death! I thought someone was entering my room but it was just the guest next door. Needless to say, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything!

The area it was in is my favorite area in Atlanta I didn’t like the fact that we was traveling with 6 kids and they were not able to use the pool. That was the whole part of having them at that hotel. We went for breakfast at 8am was told that breakfast was over at 10am and there was nothing left. The guy told us that they were not putting out anything new. We ate old eggs and the meat was hard as a rock. The bacon was burnt to a crisp.

The staff was friendly and courteous during our stay the hotel itself was not what we expected ,the toilet and sink were unusually low, the pool area was not clean or useable due to lack of water. Overall, the property was not well maintained .

The property itself was very nice. However, not having the pool open that time of year seemed a little ridiculous.It would have been nice for more information.If there was a breakfast included The lack of information even at the time of booking, they should say pool closed until such a date.
