Hotel does not have a restaurant nor is there one near by. Staff could not recommend restaurants, did not know the area very well. Property is run down but room was clean and lots of parking.

Clean, quiet and peaceful the staff is great and they have good breakfast. I go once a month for some R&R..

Close to my uncle's home and good parking. Only reason I stayed here! Where do I start. No real breakfast for the last several trips. It is lousy and I got sick last time! Hit and miss maid service. Toilet handle doesn't work unless it is helpd down. Shower curtain is moldy. Pillows suck, AC doesn't really get cool. Oh, the snack and coke machine has to be serviced or refilled by an outside service. It has leaked since March and the snacks missing just about as long too! We were there for two weeks for this trip and the machine did not work at all! Finally, I was on the 3rd floor and half the time my door key didn't work.

Front desk clerk is a new employee. Took forever to get my receipt. Left hotel after long wait.

Complementary breakfast was pitiful. Coffee wasn’t very good . The staff did not acknowledge us at the buffet.

Got really noisy at one point during the morning. Noise level on 1st floor

The staff are absolutely amazing and super accommodating with my service animal. I can rave enough about the attention and care we received. My only complaint is that the pool was closed but really not even a blip on my radar.

The bed was comfortable. There were no towels in our room upon arrival. There was a bar of soap, but when we opened the box the soap was in, we discovered a bunch of tiny bugs inside and all over the soap. The towel rack in the bathroom was badly rusted and looked grody, definitely in need of replacing. The whole hotel looked a little dirty and in need of a good, deep cleaning. The wifi never worked, it was 10 times slower than our first dial-up connection and our cellular data worked much better. The "free breakfast" was also non-existent - we ended up having to go out to a local restaurant for breakfast. There was also a very strong odor of skunk-weed in the main lobby hallway and the location of the hotel is a little misleading in the description - it was not where we thought it was located. There seemed to be a staffing shortage also. At times the front desk area was backed up and the gentleman in line in front of us was complaining that he had been requesting room service for 4 days, he hadn't seen anyone yet and that the manager wasn't returning his calls. Ugh.

Stayed with my kids in a jacuzzi suite.

I was charge twice for a single night I was charged twice for a single night. Once online by Booking.com. And I was also charged by the hotel when I checked in for my stay!

The room was great. The staff didnt have breakfast ready and blamed it on the nite girl calling off. We forced them to try and find us something because the breakfast was one selling point.
