They allowed other guests to have a pool birthday party for children who took over the pool area and left a mess that caused the pool to be shut down for the rest of our stay. The area outside the pool had water and spilled food on the floor. Trash from previous guests was left on the floor in our room along with some orange goop on the wall in the bathroom. Bathroom sink would not drain, had to wash hands and brush teeth using the shower. AC in room did not work well, we were hot the entire night despite dropping temp on unit and the room felt very dry and stuffy. When we expressed issues to staff, we were told that we could “f” ourselves. Very disappointing.

I was in town for a one-day business meeting and had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were excellent. I especially appreciated the early morning workout facilities and business printing services. I look forward to staying here again when I'm in the area.

Everything from checking in to checking out was amazing!!! Our room was clean, quality amenities from soap, shampoo, conditioners, coffee pods. And the breakfast was top tier!!! Fresh real food!! I will be back.
