The breakfast on the 5 floor changed everyday. The drinks at night could have been better.

The person who checked me in was very helpful and explained to me how the rewards worked because I had a question. Every time I have visited this property my experience has always been good. I really like the upgrades from the remodel also.

no ice bucket in the room. could of used a microwave also. the walls were a little thin, could hear other people in the room next to ours.

My room was warm. I believe the thermostat is set and controlled. Although someone came to my room in 5 minutes & put on a show of repairing…. the thermostat remained the same…The staff was nice & I didn’t want to make a big deal because I was only there for a graduation & one night but had I needed to stay for multiple days….. I couldn’t sleep in room that has the thermostat set at 73 for sleeping
