Staff was very helpful, assisted me with an issue with the dryer/laundry even though he was busy at the front desk.

Breakfast was terrible

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The location was nice. The shuttle system from airport was not reliable.

Room was clean. Internet was down the night I checked in, so it took awhile and no room internet.

Clean room and pleasant staff! Since we had to be at DIA at 3 AM for a 5 AM flight, we didn't get to experience the breakfast. We ended up changing rooms because we needed a refrigerator and the one in our first room wasn't able to get cold. The one in the second room worked well. The bed was comfy and the room was nice as well. Many restaurants nearby. We would likely stay again.

Beds were comfortable and room was nice and clean. We got there a little early but they said no problem and our room was ready. Breakfast had plenty of options. Pool was cold but the kids didn’t notice. Would’ve been nice if they had a hot tub but definitely not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again!

We were only here for one night but the place was perfect for our needs. The indoor pool was over crowded so we did not get to use it. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. And the airport driver was kind and drove safely.

Breakfast was basic and okay. Good location for airport travel. Room needed to be finished up. Couch was old and worn. Molding at floor was not attached and paint was messed up.

Service in general was not very good. One staff member especially during the daytim (esp.) Sunday) was not only not helpful but was ignorantly rude. Not fulfilling requests for housekeeping. It was not housekeeping's fault but the fact that the woman on Sunday day shift did not forwar the requests. You need to to train your staff in common courtesy or remove them along with local management. The Housekeeping staff and breakfast staff were very courteous, helpful, and nice.
