InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Denver Aurora South

DONT! They have homeless people staying in the same place as paying customers. There is no staff after 7 pm, until 11 am the next morning. Thus, it is party time after they leave, and no one to call to help!! Then, checking out before the staff arrives in the morning is almost impossible. It is 6 pages of paperwork to rent the room, and if you need another roll of toilet paper, you have to pay for it! No kitchen items. The "residents" living there stated, "The cops come by at least 2 times a night, and they only found 4 stolen cars last night." Yeah, lock your cars and cover whatever you have in your car, in case it gets broken into. Better yet, stay somewhere else.

Drunk people walking around outside and nobody was at the front desk when I tried to check in, so I had to book a different hotel.

It was ok but one of the managers call me a liar and hand a bad attitude it was an Asian lady

Rude staff, did not have the room we reserved, had to buy an air mattress for my son to sleep on, dirty room, smelled like cigarettes and weed throughout the hotel. Do not stay.

overall stay was good. had a few noisy neighbors but when it comes to what they can control it was a good stay!

Had issue first night, room flooded from room above us and above them. Spent 3 plus hours mopping room. Was moved to another room for the night then back to our room. Next morning we had to clean up our room, after that no problems.

Very clean smelt very good! Everything was great! Thank you we appreciate it!
