The hotel room was a good size and nicely decorated. Very happy with our experience. Couldn't get the hotel parking app to work so reception desk had to check us in.

We came one time for our anniversary 4 years ago. We fell in love with it then and have returned every year for our anniversary. The day staff for our first visit was absolutely amazing. However, the evening/overnight front desk staff; they were not pleasant at all. We had not seen them in the most recent years since then so I am hoping they are no longer there. The rooms are clean and so comfortable. Such a quiet and warm ambiance throughout the hotel. We absolutely love it and will continue to come each year We were unpleasantly surprised to find that the parking has changed. It is now a $16.99/night fee for parking, when it had always been free in the past. I feel that if any frequent visitors, such as ourselves, are lost...it would likely be because of this fee. It was unexpected and not something that was provided on the website at the time of our booking. So we were completely taken aback by this. Hopefully they can do something about this and remove it altogether. Because it not a large lot as it is. I would strongly suggest removing the parking fee.

Beautiful room with huge bathroom. Felt like a much more expensive hotel than it was. Staff were very friendly. Great location close enough to airport and many dining options.

Very comfortable stay. Enjoyed being able to dine and drink onsite and also how comfortable the room was. Very convenient airport shuttle and nothing but positive comments to say in regards to my entire stay.

Ever since Woolley’s was bought by Marriott it’s gone downhill. They now charge for parking and they never used to. They were supposed to remodel it last winter and never did. Then it was supposed to get remodeled in the spring. Never happened. It’s become very clear they are not putting a penny in the place until it gets remodeled and who knows when that will happen. I used to love Woolley’s but you can definitely do better. Really sad…

Cons: The breakfast was not worth it. I asked about late checkout three times before I was given an answer, which made it hard to plan my day of departure.

The beds are like boards to sleep on!
-
Was rather disappointed they charge you now $17 a night to park your car, they never used to but I believe it has been bought over from Marriott group.
-
When I arrived at the credit card machine didn’t work. The pool was closed for renovations and didn’t honor a platinum elite late checkout definitely not the best scenario.

The rooms are spacious and furniture clean. Bed comfortable. Carpeting dirty, bathroom dark. Sink fixture moved around when using. Overall, could be really nice but felt like slightly upgraded motel. At bar, glass dirty with lipstick marks. Just not a good feel for expectation.

Very clean comfortable stay!
-
Upscale luxury and yet affordable! Maybe the best bathroom ever!

After a long day of traveling, it was great to check into a clean comfortable spacious room, to sink bathroom with shower and separate tub. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Definitely want to come back here when flying in and out of Denver, day or night before I need a comfortable safe place to stay. There is a fee to park, which I didn’t mind.
