Aiden Austin City Hotel

Nice hotel. Challenging to access if you aren't used to Austin.

My family and I were extremely pleased with this hotel. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and informative. We also really enjoyed the ambiance of the decor, from lighting, wallpaper to paintings. My son and I loved the pool and how it was tucked in the middle of all the hotel rooms. Most definitely a 5 star stay for us!

I love it, if you don't want to eat outside just go to the Sushi restaurant, you can ask for "All you can eat" or just the regular menu if you are not to Hungry and they are normal plates not only sushi. Also the property was super cozy and the Jacuzzi and pool were súper refreshing on this days.

Another positive about this hotel is that it has a great location for seeing South Austin as well as the downtown area.

THe swimming pool was lovely. So was the breakfast. Room was fine. Security was good. And parking was good. Hotel was a bit further away from the CBD than I was expecting.

A bit dated, wished for a better comforter.

Arrived at 4:30 and was promptly checked in. Front desk clerk offered written suggestions for our stay. Would stay again when in Austin again

Loved this place! Affordable. Great staff, pool and hot tub were perfect. Free cappuccino and foose ball in the lobby was nice. Has cool vibes all around the property. Short drive to downtown.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel aesthetic was nice, and the pool and other facilities were nice to have access too. Breakfast was also good, with good gluten free options. It was also well located with easy access to the highway and downtown. Nothing particular of note, other than the layout of the hotel was a bit confusing initially.

Great stay we were coming from the Aiden which has amazing reviews on here (9) but we weren’t happy with the air not working. We came to the Hampton Inn and got a much better experience. There’s street parking in the back so skip the parking fee if you don’t mind walking half a block (50 ft). Everything is close enough and the parking situation was the cherry on top.
