Not worth the 2x the $. Got a place sown the street for half the price and nicer room

First I reserved a room with two beds only to have the guy call and say that he rented it out while it was reserved so we had to get a one king size bed for me my husband and 5 kids. We asked for extra blankets to make pallets on the floor he said they only had one clean blanket. All night doors opening and closing so I think it was a place for prostitutes and drug dealers didn’t get much sleep. If I ever have to evacuate again and this place is my only choice, I will sleep in my car first. He did offer a two bed for our second but we didn’t stay past checkout time after the first night for being too scared something was gonna happen

When I arrived at 12:20 am, there were several people outside the hotel, shirtless and wandering around drunk. Two men came stumbling out of a room, looked at my car, looked at me, and then began talking about me. There was also what looked like a prostitute with two other shirtless men coming in and out of her room. I have stayed in some pretty cheep hotels in my past, butI have never felt frightened before when approaching a motel... ever. Because of this I drove away, and then found a La Quinta down the road that was cleaner, cheaper, and didn't look like a crack house. The problem is that the hotel charged me $92.00 for a no-show. I asked for a refund because of what drove up to, but they said, "no." I contacted Expedia, but haven't heard back. I doubt I'll get a refund, but it was worth loosing $90.00 not to stay there.

Too expensive.

Beds were good. Average neighborhood. Not very clean. A lot of outside noise.
-
Liked the location it was at. Was able to walk to some shopping centers an restaurants in the area that were nice, service was nice and the rooms for what they are were very clean an comfortable.
-
Room was under repair. Construction materials in the room. Door chain missing. TV remote missing. At Cetera at Cetera
-
No lights, it was very dark in the room some wall plugs didn’t even work. Other than that no complaints.
-
Worst hotel ever. Warped doors. Bed bugs i think. No phones in rooms. No clock.

The motel is located just off I-35, but noise was only a problem when a loud motorcycle or pickup truck went by on the service road. The motel room doors face outside, not an inside hallway, and at 5 a.m. one morning a man pounded on our door (and others) looking for his girlfriend’s room. The motel room door had what used to be a sliding chain lock, but there was no chain on it. There are security cameras, but I can’t say I ever really felt safe at this motel. Our bathroom door was misaligned so that it scraped the floor and would not close unless I lifted it up to align it correctly. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The toilet tank took an incredible 4 ¼ minutes to refill—and not quietly, either. The in-room phones did not work. We stayed 2 nights and there will never be a 3rd. There wouldn’t have been a 2nd if I could have found anything available that night in Austin at a reasonable price.

Checking in was done through a window outside the building which did not feel very safe in the neighborhood. The room was very close to I 35 and the noise was unbelievable all night long. The pillows were hard as a rock and very large and impossible for either my husband or I to sleep on. The mattress was also poor with a valley in the mattress. All in all we had a terrible night sleep and I would never go back.

We had a late entry then we found out that they haven't received the confirmation of our stay. They said their fax machine is broken. Anyway, after showing the confirmation, they gave us a room in second floor. The room was okay but pillows were so fat that were keeping our neck so high. I couldn't sleep very well with fat pillows. Also, their wifi did not work. They kept promising but did not work until we checked out. Front desk wasn't so friendly.
-
They didn't have my reservation because their fax machine was broken. No security chain on door and the only way the door would stay closed was by deadbolt only.
-
It's was horrible the didn't work wifi didn't work and when we asked for extra towels they said they didn't have any
-
Good vibe everything was okay and working good customer service liked it and also my friend

When they say no frills, they mean NO frills. No phone, no wifi, and not even an office to go into. They have a glass partition through which you must yell through over nearby traffic to be heard. The building itself is cute and so much could be done with it, but, as most businesses in that part of town, the owners (mgmt) lack of imagination simply creates a flophouse full of excuses as to why you don't get the amenities that are listed. Not to mention they housed me in what appeared to be the least desirable room, with a lovely view of the slop bucket closet directly in front of my door. And don't try to get a refund. They don't do those. Hotels.com did take care of me though, and gave me a voucher. It made up for little though, as I spent the majority of my night at a Starbucks dealing with my business accounts because it's the only wifi I could find. Lesson learned.

I like everything about it, it could have easier access to enter from the road.
-
First I tried for 90mins to reach the location to inform of a late check in per policy well could not reach them nor could Expedia CSA.
-
Very dangerous place
-
It was ok, the bed was nice but the room was louder then I expected it to be, especially near the highway. Also when we arrived the hotel wanted to charge me twice after they had already before I arrived. Not the most happy about that also and it set the tone of my stay there
