Location good. Could hear music from bars on the side street but I still slept perfectly well. I would stay here again.

My stay here was magnificent. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location of the property is convenient to shops, restaurants, and bars. Very much enjoyed my stay here and will be back.

The hotel is very new and clean. The only issues we saw that may deter someone are: (1) they do not clean the rooms daily unless requested maybe, (2) Rainey street is right behind the hotel, convenient for partying but be aware it is a little loud at night in the rooms overlooking that street.

Other than the room itself. It was good just not wow. Room was excellent sized. But one set of powered recliners didn’t work and the oddest thing. No silver wear. Had pans. Plates and cooking utensils but not one fork, spoon etc. parking is tight so if you drive you’ll want a small to medium vehicle. Trucks were definitely a challenge to park in the garage. Bar has finger foods but nothing substantial. Especially for the price.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was nice amd welcoming. Rooms closer to Rainey street are definitely noisy on Fridays and Saturdays from the many places playing music but its not really the hotels fault. Sunday night was fine and prettu quiet. Its not far from lots of things to do in downtown.

I booked a king bed room through booking. When we checked in, they gas us a queen bed room. When I spoke with the front desk person, he said since I booked through a third party, it showed as a two queen bed room and he said he did not have any king bed rooms available to switch us too. That was disappointing since I specifically booked a king.
