The area looked kinda sketchy, but it is right downtown. The parking garage was pretty tight for our truck so we opted to park on the street right outside the hotel. Hotel itself was very nice and clean. Staff was great. Took us a few minutes to figure out that our room key turns on the lights (have never seen that before). Breakfast was amazing.

Super nice, new and cool Group on interior outdoor patio socializing loudly kept us awake but front desk did nothing to ask them to leave. Asked multiple times between 2 and 4 am.
