There was no soup (or liquid soup) provided at the bathroom sink. There was only a bottle of "lotion" but not "soup". I walked down to the front desk and told the staff. The staff promised that a housekeeper would come and provide the soup. However, there was no one attended this matter at all. The room was barely acceptable. The pillow cases and bedsheet were not "new" or "clean". There were a lot of wrinkles as if someone slept on them. Any clean pillow cases or bedsheet should have clear folding lines but not wrinkles. The room did not smell "clean" at all.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always providing friendly and professional service with a smile. The location is perfect—close to downtown, the University of Texas, restaurants, and many of Austin’s attractions, making it easy to explore the city. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, well-maintained facilities, and the overall welcoming atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Austin and will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Exceptionally clean hotel. Close to the Capitol, museums and many other attractions. Staff was very helpful. The food and drinks at the Analog Bar in the hotel is fantastic.

Great stay! Super close to UT which we needed. Th only negative would be that the air condition would get cold then hot if we moved the thermostat up. Maintenance came and told us anything above 70 would get warmer but then it was too cold at times. Kinda of frustrating but overall it was clean and nice stay.

Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are nice and clean, buffet breakfast is good. Also, there is a really nice bar / restaurant in the main lobby, and the views from the rooftop terrace are stellar. I recommend this place for a stay in Austin.

This was my first time stay and I absolutely loved it. Perfect location to the school and the service and food was wonderful!!

Only valet parking was available, which was $60 per night. I didn't know that guest parking was unavailable. It should be clearly stated on the home page.
