Wonderful little boutique hotel in a great part of town. Close to the park and lake and lots of good restaurants, coffee shops etc. Sweet spot! Highly recommend!

Unique bunk beds weee perfect for the kids. They still are talking about the stay. Location perfect for Thinkery visit and great food options right outside hotel door.

Water felt slimy & lobby needed cooler a/c. Room was clean & staff were friendly.

Charming hotel in a great location with friendly, helpful staff. It was very easy to walk to the farmer’s market and other shops and restaurants in the area.

One thing I'd suggest is, if you let room door close, it makes a big sound, waking up everyone in the room and other rooms. And shower tub is so slippery; it would be good to add something to prevent slippery.

I used to stay here often, and the place has definitely gone downhill a little bit. First night there was no hot water in my room. Rooms were sold out, so there was no remedy provided. They were painting and the smell was overwhelmingly nauseating. The staff was not helpful like they used to be. Definitely disappointed this time around.

The front desk was very accommodating and held our bags for us prior to check in so we could go explore. They also held our bag after check out until we were ready to leave Austin . The bunk bed room was so spacious. The bath room door was a sliding bars door style which was cute but not practical did not seal very well so with serval people in the room. You could hear everything and the angle of mirror to door the gap was large enough to see someone changing.
