Traveling and paying for a hotel room with such a bad smell was frustrating! Even the bathroom was dirty with dog urine.

This is Hotel is extremely well located in Ventura and extremely well managed by Brandy. The staff is extremely supportive (specifically Atifah) and this is definitely the go to place while travelling in southeast Florida between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Will if you come back here.

While removing the sheets from one of the beds, we discovered a large dried urine stain on the mattress. This was not a minor housekeeping issue—it was a mattress that should have been removed from service and replaced. Had we not removed the sheets ourselves, we never would have known what we were sleeping on. When we reported the issue, the hotel offered to move us to another room or provide complimentary parking. In my opinion, neither response addressed the real concern: a visibly stained mattress should never be used for paying guests in the first place. To make matters worse, many of the towels throughout the hotel were also stained, which further raised concerns about overall cleanliness standards. The staff was mostly polite and did apologize, but cleanliness is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, this experience left us with little confidence in the property’s housekeeping and quality control practices. Based on our experience, my family will not be returning.

My only negative on this trip was a rather loud air conditioning system in the room. But really it didn’t disturb my ability to sleep. Plus would like a little more water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable pillows and down comforter.

You have to pay 20$ a day for parking. You spin a wheel that gets you free parking and get charged anyway

Staff is horrible. Besides I forgot my neck pillow there. Called to let them know and find it. Never got a call back. They are all angry and never have a smile in their faces.0

Always a great stay. Room is clean, the location is the best, and I dont have to go far for what I need. Food is only steps away and the pool area is so inviting. I love it there 💓

Convenient for the surroundings restaurants. You can clearly see this is managed by an affiliate. The level of quality maintenance is clearly not there. Staff is ok.

I got charged twice. I spoke with Brandon in the front desk the next day and he said management are going to send me an email. I still haven’t received the email or the refund for the double-charged. Also, I paid for the parking in advance. The girl that charged me twice validated my parking receipt so I could get out of the parking but instead she kept the paper and told me she sent me a virtual one to my email. She sent me the email but there wasn’t a scanning machine when I got out and I had to pay AGAIN for overnight parking since she kept the paper to get out. Horrible experience
