Perfect location in the heart of Bagnère de Luchon! Comfortable room with a staff that provides great, personalized service. Convenient and secure parking under the building with direct access to elevator. Restaurant on premises, but we ate out. Truly enjoyed coming back to the comfy room and King-size bed with quality linens! The TV fireplaces in the restaurant were a bit chintzy. Place could use a lounge with a fireplace.

Great bed, great balcony and great location right in the center of town, very close to the chairlift and lots of great choices of restaurants. The main patio was perfect for hanging out people watching and drinks. The front desk was only available in the morning and we were not able to reach them by phone. They did help me with a request for another sheet but with lots of back and forth. The remodel made an historic building feel more like a motel. It was very commercial.

Very good location, good amenities, very good rooms. Best value for the money you could expect. Great SPA. Sauna and pool are amazing. The installations are new, clean and comfortable. Beds are great, shower too. Everything is brand new and comfortable. SPA area could be cleaner, especially the pool walls. The wooden sauna door doesn't work well.

PERFECT LOCATION, RIGHT DOWNTOWN. EASY ACCESS TO ALMOST EVERYTHING, RESTAURANT, SKI , ETC. JUST ONE NIGHT SPENT, NO MANY OTHER COMMENTS TO MAKE. COMING BY CAR IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE AVAILABLE ONLINE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CAR PARKING. MOST OF THE CAR PARKING PLACES ARE FOR SMALL CARS.

All staff were nice and friendly which made our stay even more comfortable. Rooms are spacious and bathroom good and functional. Delicious breakfast (not included in your booking) and nice spa facilities (my friend had a massage and LOVED it). Location is amazing Be aware parking is difficult as hôtel is right in the city centre so it is good to reserve a space in the underground car park below the hotel (not included in the reservation and comes with limitation in car height for some space)

Location. Staff. Getting initial access into hotel parking not at all clear. Hotel needs to place castle d'alti car park notice/sign on the gate so visitors know where to aim for.

Excellent location, very clean, good facilities Receptionist on arrival very unpleasant. Not the right image for a hotel.of this standard , certainly not dressed appropriately. Extremely rude both on the phone and to us.

Breakfast was ok, we have better though in an Ibis Budget!!! However the evening meal was superb!!! The rooms were not sound proof. We could hear the room above very clearly plus the pool generator was noisy
