No llegaron a limpiar y eso si esta desagradable y ala misma vez No me gusto tanto como lo aguaramos avian anuciado en la pagina con desyuno incluido despues de eso ya no nos dieron pues no lo recomiendo

El cuarto esta limpio me gustó. Lo que no me pareció esque al aser la reserva me ofreció que estaba incluido desayunó. Baje a desayunar me dijieron qué no estaba incluido. Y cuando en la compra dise que esta incluido. Devén ser más sinceros si o no.

Hotel was ok. Had some lights that didn’t work and a few electrical plugs that didn’t work. Overall it was a good stay though.

Very close to amenities, the bed was super soft almost hard to sleep in, really nice Bass Restaurant sorry for the spelling, family style sit down. But there was a lot of police present the whole time I stayed. That was a little unsettling and there is a good amount of homeless.

Breakfast available. The Indoor pool was nice after day of driving in the heat. Clean and comfortable rooms. I would stay again. I didnt see an extra set of linens in the closet for the pull out sofa. Customer service was ok.

Person at the front desk was not helpful at all. I had a problem checking in and she was no help

Rooms were clean, everything worked in the rooms. Staff was friendly. The exercise cycle needed to be fixed in the workout room, other than that everything was fine.

The staff is really nice here. They don't have refrigerators in the room.

Beds and Pillows were amazing. They have a nice little store set up for snacks and drinks or things you may have forgotten. The also had a small bar. We purchased from both and feel they were way over priced. If they were cheaper we would have purchased a lot more. Breakfast was an extra charge so we did not purchase or try. Nothing bad to really say. Bed and Pillows were the highlight of our day. Highly recommend those.

The second room I was changed to was better. The pool was cold. Our first room had a must wet smell and had to change rooms in the middle of our stay. The lady at the dining area has us waiting to order and forgot drink. She was not nice. And also the lady at front desk was not nice.

We were told that we didn't have a ticket for breakfast ;and if we wanted breakfast it would have cost us $18.00 a person and she went to the front desk and checked to see if we actually had a room!!! I was so disappointed with the staff working the breakfast time. It says right on your web page that breakfast is included!! I am very disappointed with the whole situation. Angi Lee 1-507-271-5875

Great value. Bar and restaurant on site. Very welcoming. Good effort with breakfast buffet, but the scrambled eggs are terrible.
