Plan ahead of time make sure is at quality Inn very attentive, clean and cannot forget continental breakfast love it

Breakfast was not as advertised. Staff was unhelpful. Room was very hot. There was a fire alarm ringing at all hours that apparently no one could fix.

Not one thing is very unsafe; even the station close by advised us not to stay there, for it was known to him that it was an unsafe location We had to cancel our stay because Booking.com did not inform us that the hotel was in a very unsafe area with a high crime rate. The place did not resemble the pictures we had seen. I tried to contact Booking.com to find a new location, but was unable to reach anyone. As a result, we ended up staying at a Motel 6 on California Avenue.

Practically non existent. Nothing but yogurt and waffles. Sent away for an hour unable to check in when we arrived. They boast about a balcony but there was no furniture on it. Nothing.

The property was really bad. It smells bad and very bad experience with the hotel. I dont recommend this hotel next time.

This place is not at all what the pictures show! It is not nice looking or modern. I had a bad feeling before I even arrived, when I saw it was located on Union Ave. The property is shabby and not well maintained at all. It is in terrible shape, including the rooms themselves. The room I was also given had such a terrible smell it made me extremely ill and I had no choice but to vacate the premises right away!

Have stayed here over other Bakersfield motel locations in the past due to many reasons. Did have to switch to next door room when TV didn't work but was a minimul fuss. Staff was friendly and helpful and room was clean and loved the comfy mattress and quality pillows.

Access to the room was very difficult. I had to schlep my bags into a VERY heavy door and then down a LONG hall and then around a corner and up a long flight of stairs. Then when I found my room, the door would not open. The room was clean but very musty smelling. The pool looked absolutely lovely!

The front desk lady was friednly and very helpful. Excellent customer service!! The food was great and the staff always friendly, respectful and helpful.

If you are looking for drugs or prostitution or maybe both this is the place for you. This hotel feels unsafe and is in bad location. We decided to leave and go elsewhere.

Room was filthy and smelled like urine, the lady that checked us in was extremely rude, the “breakfast” consisted of moldy fruit and stale cereal.
