Run down and lots of undesirables inside and out. Decent price and relatively safe, but expect someone playing music and people being loud, especially the ice machine good lord...

had to say farewell to this hotel because the level of pettiness was unbelievable. I did my part, but apparently it wasn’t enough for them to return my deposit. They could’ve offered a future stay or something to make it right, but instead they chose to do nothing. It’s a shame, because I actually liked this hotel.Their pettiness cost them my business, and now I’ve found a new go‑to. Thanks, Ramada, for ruining what could’ve been a long‑term customer relationship.

We came here the other day because my kids wanted to book a hotel with a pool. This was the main reason why we were staying in a hotel. When we got there, we were told the pool was closed but would open up at 6pm. We didn't refund/cancel because we thought we could use the pool at 6pm. We got a room with a view of the pool and the person doing maintenance was not done until about 7:45-8ish. By then, my kids were already going to bed. To top it off, this hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures you see online. Everything in the room is broken, chipped, or left in bad condition. We found roach legs on our hotel floor, medicine/pills stuck inside the AC outlet plug on the desk, chipped walls, and the floor was filthy. I wiped it with a paper towel and it was dark grey/black. Please don't let the pictures fool you. Also, the parking lot is against the freeway. The chain linked fence is torn open. We saw a lot of suspicious people coming from the freeway walking into the hotel lot

This place had good reviews and pictures online looked clean, so I booked a room here for myself. I walked in and did my usual check of the bed and found massive blood-colored stains on the mattress (which was not protected), general grime everywhere, and a dead roach in the hallway. I strongly suspect that the red-brown stains on the mattress were from bedbugs. I immediately checked back out and asked for a refund, but I was told that since I booked through Expedia, I would have to request a refund through them. I did and Expedia called Ramada, but the hotel refused to repay me and instead offered to switch me to a different room, which is an insultingly terrible solution to complaints about bedbugs and roaches, which would be building-wide. So I’m out $200 and this place is disgusting. Spare yourself the cost and headache and go pretty much anywhere else.

Bathroom requieres maintenance attention. The staff was so helpful and always available. Parking is good and safe.

clean room, good water pressure and temperature,. Great customer service at check in terrible service in the morning. no breakfast, not even non-perishable items or coffee after the refrigeration system went down.

Need to schedule a day ahead for housekeeping service. Breakfast is HORRIBLE. Easy check out.

The place was clean and the receptionist has been nice as well . More cheaper and highly recommended.

Rooms need updating. Tv did not work, power outlets were loose to where it would not hold phone charger

Rooms were clean,staff was helpful. Just wish there had been a closet.

No I'm super upset, I had to check in almost 2days late because of flight delay then my $100 deposit was not returned to me and I had to check out at 3a.m I did not leave room broken or smoked in my room and nor did I take anything in fact left more behind,spa didn't work bathtub wasn't holding water and now my $100 deposit I don't get after having no discount or refund for days I did not stay

Horrible experience, you can see inside the room from the peep hole in the hallway they stole my deposit

I really enjoyed myself, very quiet, peaceful and spacious. I'll be back. ☺️

No recomiendo el desayuno, el horario de es de 6.30 a 9.00 y en su mayoría solo es pan, a las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento, los cuarto no tiene antiruido, el baño no tenía jabón para bañarse, y creo que la peor parte es que cualquiera puede subir a los ascensores porque no hay ningún control de quien entra al hotel, ni a las habitaciones porque el ascensor esta abierto a que subas al que quieras. Se que ponen buenas promociones pero a que costo a que el lugar no sea un lugar seguro

The toilet seat was loose and the handicap grab bars should have use chrome mount plate covers to hide the drywall screws. Maintenance should have used stainless steel screws. Just a suggestion

Super unsanitary, mold on lining of the bathtub, stains & hairs on sheets. Do not recommend.

The jetted tub was wonderful to refresh after a long drive. The staff was friendly, and they served a decent breakfast. The location is very close to the freeway and has many nice places to eat. Great stay for a night on a road trip. The building is a bit older and looks rundown. It is obvious that they are doing what they can to keep the property in good condition.
