So amazingly clean and the staff so helpful. Excellent location, loved the pool and breakfast. Great price- in room kitchen was fabulous Can’t think of one thing. Maybe room deposit was 250. Could have been less but was refunded the day I left.

$10 a day to park in a 1/2 empty parking lot is a bit over the top in my opinion.

Cockroaches in the kitchen and the dog friendly room smelled a little ‘doggy’. Extra fees are okay for pet friendly accommodations but expectations of cleanliness are still valid. We love this property but the dog friendly room smelled like the city shelter.

We always prefer Residence Inn when traveling. It gives us extra space, a kitchen, and they are consistently clean. When we had an issue with our stay, Michele and the team promptly took care of it. We really appreciated that level of good service. Also, we appreciated that there was ample , well lit parking lot for our big vehicle. It really made things easy when we checked in late in the evening. The breakfast ( Saturday ) was good , but we have had other locations with a wider variety of offerings.

Large, clean rooms. Great common spaces and service. Really liked the gym and also breakfast. Highly recommend.

Breakfast didn't taste fresh at all. The quality was super cheap it felt like I was in Quality inn. Not variety only scramble eggs with turkey sausage cold and mot cook properly. Oatmeal and that's it.

Our stay here was great. Room was perfect for our needs, staff was friendly and the property was very clean. Secured entry at night prevents random people from just walking into the premises. The continental breakfast was descent but you will have to wake up early because it is done by 9:30am. Parking may be an issue if they are at capacity. We came back to our room a little after midnight and there was no parking. Fortunately, someone left and we were able to park for the night. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Bakersfield

We stay at this hotel whenever we go to Bakersfield. It’s always clean, attractive, the staff is always welcoming and friendly, the rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the bathroom is immaculate and spacious, the shower is wonderful The breakfast has a nice variety and the coffee is delicious.
