Stay was just OK but up all night listening to the couple in the room next store and others on the floor

We booked with Booking.com and this was the most impressive room we have ever stayed at. My husband is a truck driver and he stays at a different hotel every night. The room was so cozy and wonderful. N/A

The room had mold and the 6 year old woke up unable to breathe, requiring a trip to urgent care and a dose of steroids. It cost $60 and the manager refused to give a discount or reimburse for the urgent care visit.

We were unable to stay at this hotel for medical reasons. There is a unique odor throughout the building. I have allergies and began coughing when we entered the building. The cough got worse the longer we were there & I started to loose my voice. We had to leave and find another hotel for the night. This has never happened before.

I was on the 1st floor. The desk reps were good at their job. Very friendly. The pool was nice. The bed was really comfortable along with the pillows. AC unit worked fairly well. I did keep my room to 66 degrees. The fridge was standard hotel size and that kept everything cold. The shower did have a chair in it for people that would need it. I didn't. Water pressure was strong and had plenty of hot water. A person in a wheelchair can access the shower with no issues. Might have difficulty reaching the showerhead handle, it was about 6 ft high. Shower does need a longer/higher shower curtain as water runs out from the shower onto the outside floor. The cost. I didn't realize the cost since I reserved it back in February. And I booked about the same time as my friends and their rooms were way cheaper by $200. If the extra was because of the handicap accessible room costs that much over other rooms.....I don't see too many wanting to be there. I don't complain about things. I had to kill a few bugs in the room. Some hard-shelled bug and spider in the shower and a spider with web in a corner. There was mold buildup in the shower on the caulking. I received new towels except on Saturday. Bathroom toilet was clean on the first day. While I was there was a ring forming at the water level which is assume from the minerals in the water. Bed was never made. Window curtain was missing some hardware so a corner was just hanging there. The coffee table had been broken and wasn't repaired properly as the legs were not fully connected to the braces. Just simple easy attention to detail type of things.

Good news, they welcome pets and only charge $20 per. Bad news, the room REEKED of cat urine. I wouldn’t think of sitting on the sofa. It did not look clean and probably was the source of the smell.. The bed was clean and comfortable, and overall the room was in pretty good shape. But they definitely need to do something about the cat odor.

Room was dirty and not well maintained Drunk passed out on the floor by the elevator when we went to leave the first morning. Sink in bathroom did not drain well/stained. Wallpaper in bathroom scotch taped where it was falling off. Lights not on in the common area by check in very dark and unwelcoming

The staff was helpful but the exterior was deceptive. The rooms had a moldy, there are watermarks and mold in the bathroom ceilings, whcih is also stripping. The carpets are extremely smelly and need to be removed. The exit door near the staircase is a fire safety and the handle is missing which means anyone can jimmy the door and get access to the building. Along with moldy rooms, one room that was booked smelt like someone just finished smoking in there along with the bed not properly done. The showers were not cleaned and lots of hard water marks around the shower heads. The toilet sets are loose which is a liability issue if anyone sits on it and falls. Lastly, the walls are very thin, you can hear the other rooms conversations along with the television.

Horrible stay. Sheets stained. Water wouldn't drain out of tub. Mattress pad worse than sheets. Cob webs very thick hanging in bathroom. 7am person didn't arrive until 7.15am. And we were supposed to leave by 7am. Breakfast horrible!! They are supposed to reach out to you regarding a REFUND! said they sent you a message See above
