Best Western Plus Hotel & Conference Center

Breakfast was great the pool was nver open had to ask for a key took an hour pool was dirty needs updates I have pictures pool area very dangerous

Awesome just fix pool area bad ceiling falling, and Paul was supposed to be open but it took him 2 hours to open it.

Coffee maker didn’t work. Parking passes were not needed.

It was nice. Staff was friendly

The place was fine , I was annoyed that I had to wait so long for the elevator, my room was on 10th floor. There was a fright fest during my stay and people participating were holding the elevators for a long time .

It was a clean ,friendly place , had a bar and prices very reasonable ,the complimentary breakfast was awesome , had a lot more food than other places ,did not have to get out till noon

Staff was very helpful and responsive. When we arrived it was cool in the room so my wife turned on the unit and just got cold air. We called maintenance and they were there in minutes to get the unit up and running. 20 minutes later we are good. Great service with a smile...

Excellent place to stay. Great complimentary breakfast, nice large parking lots for vehicles with trailers. Clean rooms, fast check in. Could not be happier. Excellent rates as well

Everything was great for our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone. They even have a kitty!

Everything was good for our little vacation to Baltimore, the only issues we had was with our keycards and the cable network. The hotel also has a cat who just roams and is very friendly which always made our day better when it seemed sour!

Friendly personal, perfect breakfast and clean room

The were several people waiting to check in at 3:30. Making 7 people wait until 4:00 to check in was not very customer friendly. Only one of 4 elevators in service on a weekend. Super loud AC unit in the room.

They charged me for the room after I already paid on Expedia. There was no mention of an event going on at booking or check-in. We couldn’t eat at the restaurant because there was barely any service. We waited and waited and waited and waited then left after listening to 3 other couples complaining. No the restaurant was not full. Not half full. Not even a quarter full. Won’t be back to this place.

I couldn't connect to the Internet. I stayed 2 prior stays and couldn't connect as well. It isn't my computer either. Had to use hotspot from my phone to do business.

Great location for very good Resturant’s and close to the harbor. The beds were a little soft and the rooms were outdated

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was a typical hotel free breakfast, just ok. They have a bar but it closes early. So we couldn't use it when we got back to the hotel at 8:45 PM on a Friday night. You would have thought it would be open later on the weekend. Also this hotel has a conference center and banquet hall attached to it. The music was so loud and played all night till 5:00 AM we were not able to sleep at all. I contacted the front desk by text and it was ignored. 2 days later they sent me a text saying it should stop soon. If you stay here make sure you stay on the opposite side from the banquet center, or you too won't be able to sleep. We will never be staying here again. And we travel to this area every few months.
