Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott White Marsh

Excellent stay! Great location, quiet atmosphere, free breakfast, and exceptionally clean throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

All staff was extremely friendly. Most variety for free Breakfast I've seen- scrambled eggs. Spinach egg white fritata. Oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit waffles. Lots of bread items. There was meat but I didn't see what it was. TV was user friendly. Basic cable channels. Had Netflix you could login to your account and free HBO max that you could search, pause, etc. Loved check out was at noon and pool was open til 10. Yummy welcome cookies with fruit infused water was refreshing. Loved having anytime coffee/hot chocolate. Great before bed treat or one for the road. Gas station/convenient store 2 min walk across the parking lot.

I enjoyed the gym unfortunately didn’t get out to the pool, but the staff was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with them from time to time

Very nice and clean hotel

The proximity to my visit locations while in Baltimore. The staff were so helpful. I travel with my sister who is non-ambukatory. Because of this, we travel with a hoya lift. Well, the bed did not allow the hoya to go under the bed since it had the box. So for each day I had to physically lift my sister from and into the bed. This was totally a strain on me and on her. In our wheelchair travel chats, this remains a MAJOR PROBLEM for many. I get why the hotel does not want to have to have housekeepers clean under the bed, but is it not feasible for the wheelchair accessible rooms to provide the opportunity for travelers needing such to have this access in these rooms. It may be only 1 or 2 rooms in smaller hotels. Help us!

Perhaps some of my feelings are due to the couple next door who were screaming at each other for an hour (at 10pm!). I called the front desk to complain, and the couple eventually quieted down. It just wasn't a good night.

The room was very nice and clean. Our only issue was the air conditioner was very loud.

There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand. Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one. I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like.

Room was clean the staff was very helpful. My room key didn’t work the front desk staff helped me out. The breakfast was good having things that accommodate those that don’t eat pork

Very friendly helpful staff. Greeted us right away. Staff for breakfast very friendly and worked so hard to please people and help them. The toaster kept getting jammed and she calmly helped dislodge it. Great variety. We liked the flavored water and cookie when checking in. Numerous snacks if you wanted . Beds were comfortable too. We liked everything

When we checked in, the front desk staff accommodated us when we asked to change rooms. Nice breakfast. Easy parking. We would stay here again.
