The location was perfect! Great restaurants attached to the building and you’re in walking distance of everything you need. Rooms are dated and in need of a deep clean. Staff was nice but the carpet in the rooms hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. The breakfast was also disappointing. Don’t spend the $20 a person. There’s one person with a flat grill. They were nice but how can you call it a breakfast when you’re out of bacon, sausage, waffle batter, cream cheese, milk or fruit. I should honestly call and request an $80 refund for my family of 4 - full price for a 3 and 5 year old too.

The location, view and staff was amazing I was confused about the parking charge $35 bucks a night and parking is free right across the street kinda threw me off

Loved the property and the area was conveniently located from the convention center. The elevator was a little slow, took some time. The afternoon/evening receptionist from 6/15-6/17 was so kind. Highly recommend.

The hotel was okay overall, and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was that the towels in the room were dirty when I arrived. Other than that, my stay was fine.

The room smelled like old cigarettes and damp laundry. The balcony to a deluxe room was the corner of a warped roof. The breakfast was a terrible experience.. no breakfast meats. 3 day old lemon water in the lobby. No manager responded to or tried to speak with me after several attempts. The staff told me that the manager told me to contact Expedia. I seriously just want my money back. $600 dollars for a bottom of the barrel stay. I'm disgusted and disappointed and I did not know that the hotel can't take complaints if I book with Expedia. I'm not pleased with the whole experience.

Beautiful hotel. Located in a perfect location for harbor access. Front staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is dirty and worn out. No amenities. I ask the front desk if they have a gift shop to buy an aspirin she was like “there’s a CVS down the road” so expect nothing at this place!

The staff were rude more than i would like to remember

Front desk young lady 3-11pm shift was so nice and very helpful Location was everything My room didn’t have enough outlets No microwave My patio door was hard to open and close Not a good view due to booking the room they shouldn’t said about looking at the roof I am not ok with been charged for breakfast when I book room it sad free parking and free breakfast

You have to pay $35 for parking , which I wasn’t made aware of when booking the hotel. There’s no microwave in the room, so you have to go all the way to the front desk to ask to use the microwave and they have to microwave it for you. The receptionist have to push a botton on the other side of the elevator for it to come down/up. And the most annoying thing was, the WiFi doesn’t work.

Unfortunately, after turning on the air conditioning unit, I became extremely congested and could barely breathe for the rest of the night. As a result, I didn’t sleep well and felt pretty terrible the next day. I’m not sure if the unit needed a filter change or deeper cleaning, but it definitely impacted my stay. Overall, the room and price were excellent, but management may want to inspect and service the HVAC units to ensure they’re not affecting future guests comfort and air quality.

Very expensive without reason. The elevator wasn't operating correctly and I waited 15+ minutes every time I wanted to go back to my room. TV in room was broken, wasn't offered a discount or repair. Charged an extra $50 to check-in 3 hours early, charged for continental sparse continental breakfast, bedside alarm was set from the last guest and blasted at 6:30am, checkout was at noon but housekeeping knocked on the door around 10, waking us up. THE tub facet drips, heavy flow nonstop and loudly and lastly the towels are like drying off with sandpaper. Oh, paid extra for a balcony that is blocked by a roof and looks into the window of the room Nextdoor. There's probably more but I've said enough. I don't normally leave reviews but this was awful and I wasted so much money. I was so disappointed that no one apologized for the elevator and tv, let alone maybe knock something off my bill. Was only there for a night and they ruined my trip.
