Later when we got to our ‘new’ room, there were no bath towels. When I called to ask for them I was told “they are the front desk”. No offer to bring them up, no apology nothing. So unfortunately the attention to detail and customer service is greatly lacking.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in! Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the staff super friendly, the room spacious, the bed comfy, and the bathroom and walk-in shower amazing! They serve a fresh breakfast that is over and above. No complaints!

The tub shower flipper did not work worth a dang, so my shower was not really a shower. More like a sprinkle.

Nice location The coffee is the worse I’ve ever had!!! Horrible!! Will not stay here again for that reason !

Overall great stay for a couple days in the area for an event. Breakfast could have been better - both days went down for breakfast fairly early in the serving time window and everything was very overcooked. Could've just been an off weekend though.

Great value - quiet and convenient location off the freeway. Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly front desk.

Staff was warm and welcoming, cookies were a nice touch. The elevators made quite a bit of noise, questioning if it was going to get to your destination.

Hampton Inn is a great option for a stay in the Beloit area. The property is very clean with plenty of parking. Check-in and check out were very efficient and friendly desk staff. The AC worked great and despite being near a busy street - it was quiet in the room. I'd recommend on my next trip to the area.
