Clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. A/c in our room (105) was set to 69° but room temp stayed at 72° - not great for sleeping during month of June. Breakfast: eggs, sausage, and bacon were awful. Oatmeal in large covered container was not fully cooked. Opted for pre-packaged yogurt & muffins. Coffee was good.

It was clean. I don't know if it was a Booking.com issue or a Avid hotel issue, but I booked a double room, but when I got to the hotel only a single bed (king) room was available. That didn't work well for my motorcycle riding buddy and I. Since the booking was nonrefundable we endured the arrangement.

The location was excellent based on who we were there to visit. Everything we might need store or restaurant wise was in close proximity. The breakfast area had adequate seating as well as a nice selection of food items. My favorite item was the 24 hour coffee station that will freshly grind the beans for your coffee when your ready for a cup. I would strongly consider staying there again. The only thing we didn't like was a strong odor that was limited to just our bathroom area.

Breakfast was ok. I’d like real eggs and not the ones poured from cartons as they have unhealthy additives Hotel was nice. But I won’t be using booking.com any more . They didn’t give me the rooms I ordered.

We stayed for a softball tournament with a team and the rooms were clean and the staff was excellent. Also accommodating our needs and the breakfast was yummy! Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room was clean and perfect - they utilize the space very well with a lot of storage options! And the bed/pillows were so cozy and comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was stellar. The staff was kind and helpful. The a/c kept the room nice and cold! They also had the perfect variety of snacks in the commissary when the late night munchies hit!

We have stayed here 3x in the last couple months for travel baseball. The last two times we’ve stayed the rooms have been stale and smelled of mold. At first we thought it was because the ac had been off when we arrived but even the next day, the smell of mold was overpowering. Otherwise we have no complaints. Likely won’t be back as a result.

Excellent stay in Bentonville. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Clean & comfortable. Great rates online. Easy check-in and great front desk service. 10/10 stay!
