Breakfast bar was well stocked and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Elevator was slow. No ice except on main floor. Bathroom sink was outside of bathroom, made it loud when running hair dryer while others were watching tv. Television was small. Staff was great!

Staff couldn’t be nicer, but the common space is nearly windowless, (except for windows into the swimming pool) the breakfast is only served until nine on weekdays (930 on the weekends) and the rooms are pretty low-grade, but given that there are not many choices on a football game weekend in Bloomington, this place sufficed. The inflated prices of football game weekend make the location in a sea of parking by a highway much harder to take than had we paid their usual rates. Still, I have to thank all the lovely ladies working the desk, the breakfast buffet and cleaning as one and all were so friendly and welcoming.

I liked the variety of food. You could eat healthy if you chose. Desk help was superb, always welcoming.

Nice hotel, but dated. Didn't care for the Handicap room we were put in. Felt clean and functional. Not much of a lobby to hang out in as a person that gets up early.

For a one night stay just to visit IU, it was ok. At least it was convenient to walk over to Cheddar’s for dinner. The hotel could use some up keep like replacing the carpet. We tried calling down to the desk twice, but the phone just rang. Finally went down stairs to ask a question and found someone at desk talking to guests. Beds not as comfortable as I have experienced at other Fairfield’s.

Great staff and clean room
-
It was clean and the staff was very considerate
-
My only complaint is the pillows. No support never horrible. Better firmer pillows would go a long way
